I stayed here for two months and loved it! Perfect for what I needed. I felt totally safe as a single 22 year old female. Size and location is great. Heather And Brandon were also easy and to communicate with and very helpful.

Our group of five had an absolutely wonderful time during our week-plus stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was incredibly clean and and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The host was fantastic and uper responsive to messages. Communication with the host was top-notch throughout our stay. They were available when we had questions or concerns but never intrusive. The place was exactly as described. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and appliances, which made preparing meals for our group a breeze. The location was ideal for what we were looking for, and we felt safe. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi was reliable, and there was plenty of space for all five of us to relax and enjoy each other's company without feeling cramped.

If you're staying in the Oakland area, this is your go to place. Everything was clean, beautiful and inviting. They clearly went the extra mile to create a warm and inviting place. This will be my Airbnb of choice every time I'm staying in the area. I was fortunate enough to meet David on my way out, he was friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. Great listing in Waterville. Wife and I stayed here while I worked as a lecturer for Colby College. The space is clean and cozy, it was perfect for what we needed.
