Modern Victorian- no cleaning fee!

This is a beautifully renovated, private, 2 bedroom, first floor of a duplex. The yard is fenced in and has a large deck. The unit is very light and bright and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very large and the kitchen is open to the living room. It is in a quaint little village with a little country store just steps away where you can find almost anything you need! 10 minutes from Bates College and many lakes. Hop on the highway and be in Portland in 40 minutes or the ocean in 45 minutes!

Bring the whole family (or two) to our lake in mid coast Maine! This year round home is in a peaceful setting yet close to coastal towns of Belfast and Camden. Enjoy a paddle around the lake with our kayaks, canoe or simply hang out on the dock. The clean lake is an angler’s dream. We are set up for the youngest (crib, toys, swings)to the oldest ( one step into first floor, bedroom directly across from bathroom). This is a lovely cozy camp on Pleasant Pond. Public boat access makes it a popular lake for boating and bass fishing. The camp has dock and swim float for water fun and cool breezes from the lake make it a lovely place to be in the summer. Winter time the lake accommodates ice fishing and snowmobilers. The cabin sleeps four in bedrooms and two in the loft. Get away from it all with NO wifi or television to distract from the recreational activities.

Every need was taken care of in the cottage. The decor also added nicely to the ambience - sophisticated yet simple and reflective of Maine. The full kitchen was welcomed and allowed us to cook meals “at home.” The loft provided a quiet place for my son to study. I would highly recommend!

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

We stayed here for a few days for a peaceful getaway trip. The location was beautiful and the area was very quiet! Both of the hosts were very nice and responsive to any questions we had. Everything was stocked in terms of kitchen supplies, linens, paper goods, etc. so we didn’t have much extra we needed to get which was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I rented this place for our wedding venue. Kim was great at communicating what was needed for us to use her place as a venue. The location was absolutely stunning! The home was clean and easy to check in. A few things that need to be more clear is the sleeping arrangements. There are only 3 bedrooms. The rest of the sleeping areas are pull out beds in common areas. It can sleep many people but they all have to sleep in the downstairs together. For this reason, it was a little pricey. We don’t regret renting this place for our venue and are grateful for Kim letting us check in early. Kim was a great host!
