Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, close to the river of Kemijoki but only 4.5 km from the city centre. As many guests have said, this is a cosy place, like visiting your grandma's home! If you plan to visit the Santa Claus, the house is ideally located: the bus no. 8 moving between Santa Claus Village and the Rovaniemi city centre goes right past the house! Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

Die luxuriöse Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – von stilvollem Interieur über eine voll ausgestattete Küche bis hin zu kuscheligen Betten und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Das absolute Highlight: gleich zwei Saunen – eine klassische finnische Sauna und eine moderne Infrarotsauna – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Natur. Hier ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden. Die Ruhe ist unbeschreiblich. Kein Straßenlärm, keine Nachbarn – nur Vogelgezwitscher, Wind in den Bäumen und das leise Plätschern des Wassers. Hurmaava pieni hirsimökki ylitti kaikki kaikki odotukset! Mökkiä oli remontoitu ja sisustettu hyvällä maulla, kaikkialla oli erittäin siistiä, eikä tavaraa ollut liikaa. We had an absolutely amazing time at Otso Lodge in Lapland! The cabin was beautiful and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The view from the cabin was simply breathtaking—truly a tranquil retreat. The weather was also fantastic this time of year, which made our experience even better. We were able to enjoy some fantastic activities close to the lodge, including a thrilling husky safari and a visit to a local farm, both of which were unforgettable experiences. It was also incredibly peaceful to simply walk around the area and take in the stunning natural surroundings. Overall, Otso Lodge provided us with the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Lapland!

Hanna’s place was absolutely dreamy 💛 beautiful private cottage right on frozen lake where the ice was constantly making noise depending on what the weather was doing (deep freezing or warming up) - we could easily walk across the lake as other people were snowmobiling on it. Hanna even had a device there to create your own hole in the frozen lake to soak after sauna - or possibly ice fish. Sauna, fireplace, billiard, northern lights and husky ride were our highlights. Hanna was extremely easy to reach, sent easy to understand instructions, and was very helpful anytime we had questions. Many times went above and beyond just to make our stay more memorable. We created the most amazing memories there from our family vacation in Finland. This was our first time and most definitely not the last!

The stay was absolutely amazing. Secluded in pure nature directly at the lake. A great place for a holiday to relax and come down. We were a couple and absolutely enjoyed every part of it, especially the whirlpool, Sauna and all amenities the house has to offer. The hosts had an incredibly quick response to any questions we had during our stay. Thanks for that. The only negative point i could think of is the long list of instructions for using all the facilities of the house (e.g. the hot tub). It takes some time to read all of them and remember everything. But its definitely worth it. So i recommend staying at least 3 night for making full use of everything and enjoying this incredible place. There is also several national parks at 30-45min car drive. So longer stays are definitely also recommendable. We loved it and give this stay a 5/5 stars. Looking forward to come back one day!

There is no words to describe this place, it’s simply spectacular, so beautiful, comfortable, clean, everything is brand new, the view and location is amazing and the hosts are excellent they make you feel like you’re home, very helpful and responsive. If you want to have a perfect holiday in Finland come to this villa, you will not regret it, totally recommended…

Viola and Pertti are very friendly host, always available in case of need of support or questions. The house is cozy and warm as it has central heating as well as a fire place. It is well equipped with everything necessary. The temperature of the heaters can be regulated. The outside toilet is just next to the house, easily accessible even with - 16 degrees and very hygienic. It's possible tu use the sauna and even to take a shower there. All in all highly recommended hosts and location. Thank you for everything, we will be back! :)

Let’s start by saying that hosts were amazing. Matthias and Suvianna were very friendly and responsive with lots of proactivity and kindness. The location on the riverside is beautiful and it allowed us to observe aurora lights almost every night. The cabin itself is provided with everything you need for a stay and is super clean and decorated with great taste. Overall amazing experience and we are very happy with our stay!
