Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Close to downtown, comfortable, cozy studio. Downtown is 1.2km away. Santa Claus Village is 9km away. The airport is 9km away. Bus stop next to the house. Shop 200 meters away. The equipment is great for longer stays. The beds can be combined or separately, let us know what you want. If you want, it's possible to put a 70cm wide air mattress in addition to the beds. Car spot is available. It costs €5 per stay. Accommodation suitable for a city break or business trip.

Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc. Saint Igloos igloo

Our igloos are 32m² in size and can accommodate two to four persons. The motorized double bed is directly under the glass ceiling. Separate extra beds are made from the sofa. All igloos are equipped with a toilet and a shower, a TV, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. All rooms have a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, cooking hobs, dinnerware and cutlery, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
