Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kemi

Erittäin siistit ja toimivat tilat. Hyvä varustelutaso kaikin puolin. Kylpyhuoneessa oli saippuat, shampoot, ja muutakin peruskosmetiikkatuotteita. Majoittaja oli hyvissä ajoin etukäteen yhteydessä käytännön asioista, ja kaikki kommunikaatio toimi erittäin hienosti. Koira oli matkassa, ja lähellä on mukavia lenkkeilypaikkoja. Suosittelen vahvasti!

The apartment is very nice. Everything worked fine with the host. I can warmly recommend. Todella kiva, hyväkuntoinen ja siisti, kivasti sisustettu asunto. Kaikki toimi hienosti myös Merin kanssa. Voin suositella lämpimästi.

Lo spazio era come descritto e fornito davvero di ogni cosa. Camilla super disponibile e molto reattiva, oltre che cordiale! Ci siamo fermate solo una notte, ma per come ci siamo trovate nell'appartamento, saremmo potute stare molto di più!

We had a very good time at Sara's place. The location is very convenient if you want to explore downtown Oulu by foot and the train station is literally right next door. The communication with Sara was very easy and fast and when we didn't find everything we needed upon arrival Sara got back to us very quickly and immediately brought over what we were missing. Thanks a lot!

Tilava ja siisti rivitalokolmio rauhallisella alueella - asunnossa löytyy kaikki tarvittava. Kommunikointi Hillen kanssa oli nopeaa ja sujuvaa. Hyvä hinta/laatu-suhde!

Stayed for a short time and had a nice stay, very easy check-in/out of the apartment. Warm and tidy apartment in a calm location.

Siisti ja hyvin pidetty asunto, jossa oli rauhallista nukkua. Hyvin varusteltu, kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde, tullaan uudestaankin :)

Ho soggiornato in questa casa per una notte e devo dire che è stata fantastico. Casa stupenda, grande e molto pulita. L’host molto disponibile e simpatico. Per il prezzo pagato è veramente un affare. Consiglio vivamente

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Schade war, dass man kein Zugriff auf netflix hatte. Sonst alles Top!

Tilava asunto isommallekin seurueelle, iso piha, mukavat sängyt. Harri vastasi aina viesteihin ja jopa lainasi autoaan. Kiitos!

Loistava majoitus, hieno kylpyhuone/sauna. biljardipöytä oli mukava viihdyke lapselle. Hiihtoladut menivät lähellä ja koirapuisto aivan vieressä oli myös plussaa 👍🏼

Ihana mummolatunnelma Simojoen rannalla! Mukavasti tilaa ja erinomainen sauna puukiukaalla! Kyllä kelpasi huilia matkapäivien välissä. Sen verran jäi Simojoki kutkuttelemaan, että voisihan tuonne jäädä muutamaksi päiväksi tutkimaan seutua. Jos näin tapahtuu, niin taatusti majoitutaan uudestaan Tepon luona. Kiitos vielä, Teppo!

Elina was very quick to reply and help us out. The house was big and had everything we needed and more for a short stay in Haparanda/Tornio area. The sauna was good and the various spaces were all comfortable. It’s a great option and I would stay again

Talo oli juuri niin kuin kuvissa. Kaikki toimi todella hyvin ja Helena oli hyvin tavoitettavissa

Nous avons passé une semaine à quatre chez Mirva. La maison était très propre et cosy, dans un quartier calme de Oulu. Cuisine bien équipée, le sauna et le jacuzzi sur la terrasse sont un plus indéniable. Les lits sont très confortables. Il y a un arrêt de bus à 10 mn de la maison pour aller en centre-ville. Deux petits restos à 15mn pied (puzzas et kebab). Mirva a toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages, n'hésitant pas à donner les informations demandées. Son accueil chaleureux le jour de l'arrivée fut très apprécié. Nous recommandons donc ce logement pour un séjour à Oulu!

Tilava ja viihtyisä asunto. Hyvin viihdyttiin 3 yötä 2 aikuista, 2 lasta ja 2 kissaa. Perussiivous hyvin tehty, mukavat pedit valmiina. Astioita ja ruuanlaittovälineitä riittävästi. Pienillä korjauksilla (saunan oven ripa) ja tarkennussiivouksilla (keittiökoneet, uuni, sohvatyynyjen alta/väleistä) olisi kymppikämppä. Pyykkikonetta toimi hyvin, mutta kuivausrumpua ei kyllä ollut.

Riitta's apartment is a lovely place to stay, very cozy and well-equipped. Riitta is a great host, very helpful and friendly; she proactively sent detailed instructions with maps and photos showing how to get inside - really appreciated. And most importantly, it is a comfortable place to spend some time. A few things have been updated since the photos (e.g. bed and TV); the bed is very nice. As this is her own home, it has everything you will need including some cooking ingredients available for guests' use, and it is expected that guests leave the place cleaned ready for the next guest or for her return - completely reasonable. And she has spent the time to write an extensive local guide with her reviews of places to go in Oulu (with some honest humour about which places are "not very chic" or "full of Nokia engineers"!). The location is very convenient and central, very close to the railway station and a short walk from many shops and restaurants. I'd gladly return for a longer stay.

This little apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a really comfortable stay. It's within comfortable walking distance from both the train and bus stations. I couldn't get the internet connection to work but I am not technically minded so that could have been me. Marco tried extremely hard to help but as he wasn't close by couldn't do so in person. I used Kemi as a base for a day trip to Rovenniemi and I would suggest this as a great way to escape the overwhelming Santa Claus tourist hype there.

Magnifique maison chaleureuse et décorée avec goût. Très grande disponibilité de nos hôtes qui nous ont conduit au supermarché, suggéré des ballades. Un point de vue sur le golf exceptionnel. Localisation isolée, très sereine et paisible à 25 minutes d’Oulu en voiture.
