Beach house vacation rentals in Kemah

This is one of the cutest beach houses on the block. It’s a very short walk to the pier with lots of dining options. The house itself has all the modern amenities like wifi, tv’s in each room and a full kitchen. It’s very cozy with two bedrooms and an open living room. The one bathroom could be coordinated without incident. Highly recommended as the neighborhood is relatively quiet and offers a front deck when relaxing at home.

Vincent was a great host and was very flexible with our times! He responded quickly and everything was as described!

Everything about this house was ideal! The house felt like home, had everything you needed to be able to just relax. The deck and view were mesmerizing and the beach was a quick walk. This was the most relaxing and peaceful place we have stayed. We will come here often, thank you for providing a place for a memorable vacation!

House is in a great location right on the beach with easy access to and from. Being able to sit out on the deck and listen to the ocean was very peaceful!

From being so accommodating to what I needed, to the outdoor shower (might just be my FAVORITE past about this home, which says a lot) ...being so responsive and quick to respond to me.....the comfortable, safe location.....just to start!!! We had a very enjoyable 4 days in Taras beautiful home. Tara did a tremendous job she thought of everything that a family would need including the above ground pool/toys /beach. Very clean and relaxing. We felt very comfortable and safe. We will definitely go back.

Coastal Castle was just as advertised. When we walked in we were greeted with a home that was tranquil, well organized and the feeling of being at a coastal dream home. The home is much bigger than I had anticipated. The rooms were very big. Two large living areas, plenty of couches and seating inside and out. I was nervous about operating the pool and spa but the host gave clear instructions and it was so simple. Whenever I had a question Gloria always got back to me within minutes. We also rented the golf cart which was perfect as we are from out of state and did not have a vehicle. I was most impressed with how well the house was stocked, condiments, towels, blankets, infant accessories (pack n play, nuby seats, toys, pool toys/inflatables/life vests) anything we were worried about not having they had. Even sunblocks, lotions, shower soaps the list just goes on and on. The kitchen also had everything! We were so impressed for our entire stay and will be back! Great Trip!

The home was beautiful and spacious good for families with toddlers age. Also really close to the beach and awesome pool.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend getaway at the Flip-Flop Inn! We felt comfortable and right at home. Everything was perfect. Kelly was so attentive and replied in a timely manner! We had no issues! The back deck was amazing! The adults and children loved it. Also loved that Kelly had towels available for us to use. My family and I are looking forward to staying at the Flip-Flop Inn in the future!

Highly recommend this house for your Galveston stay especially if you have a large group! Absolutely loved the open floor plan and the front balcony was amazing for the kids to play. The pool was incredible and stocked with so many pool toys for the kids. The beach is super close - even with kids who like to take their time walking - it didn't take us more than 5 minutes and we had toes in the sand! The hosts were the most responsive and helpful that I have ever experienced - you cannot go wrong with this house! We had an incredible time and would absolutely stay here (or in any of their properties) again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s house! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for the two of us. The backyard was peaceful and was a nice spot to relax. The heated pool was a great bonus, especially on cooler nights. The host was very easy to communicate with and made everything smooth from start to finish. Everything was just as described. We'd definitely come back!

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

Place was beautiful. View is amazing and the spa was great. Has everything you need with extra. Very well stocked.

Wonderful, clean, and well cared for property directly on the water with a fantastic deck overlooking the Gulf! Jaclyn as the host was incredibly responsive and helpful from the time we booked to helping friends find other places nearby to providing advice about grocery shopping to swiftly replacing an oven on a Sunday after it malfunctioned! We couldn’t have asked for better service and support. This is the place to come for serious beach and downtime time R & R with family and friends. There really isn’t much to do locally in Crystal Beach but there’s not much need with the sand, sun, and waves so close to you anyway. The cars, trucks, and various dune buggies moving up and down the beach require keeping an eye out while playing out front yet also provide some fun people-watching from the deck too! More than worth the very reasonable cost for 4 bedrooms, tons of sleeping space, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for the beach. We highly recommend!

This place was great proximity to the beach and great size for our family of 4. We loved the hot tub/tv and golf cart! Would definitely stay here again!
