It is a beautiful apartment, cozy and lots of space. Everything you need is provided. The apartment is separate from the hotel where the manager lives? Restaurants and shops nearby. Good base for trips in the region.

Lovely stay. Apartment super clean, spacious, comfortable, delightfully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Thoughtfully organized with amenities that made us feel right at home. Washer/dryer useful. Wifi reliable for work. Location is right in beautiful town, close to many shops, restaurants, and museums. It was so nice to meet Rosie- communication was responsive, smooth and helpful. There is a restaurant just outside, so if windows are open you may hear but we used phone white noise app which was helpful when sleeping. Overall wonderful experience, highly recommend.

The small apartment of Katharina and Max was ideal for our stopover on the return trip to Berlin. Max welcomed us very warmly and gave helpful tips for the evening. We had a very pleasant stay. For a short trip to Regensburg, we highly recommend the accommodation. A bakery, restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance. The city center is also not too far away. We stayed as a family of five – with both small and older children – and had a wonderful time in this apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the apartment is beautifully decorated and well laid out, and the beds are very comfortable with high-quality linens. We immediately felt at home. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. It’s a perfect place for families who appreciate calm surroundings, tasteful design, and a practical setup for everyday life – but it’s also a great choice for couples, solo travelers, or small groups who want to relax and enjoy a stylish space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cozy, but modern. We especially loved the automatic pellet stove, which provided comfort in the morning and evening. The landlord responded immediately and very friendly to a request. We will definitely be back! Family B.

We recently stayed 5 nights at the Hideaway in the Heart of Landshut. The house was truly wonderful! We went with 5 people spanning 3 generations and the setup was perfect. The ground floor and 1st floor are almost like separate apartments so worked great to have Grandparents on the bottom floor, parents on the first floor (second floor for you Americans) and the kids in the top attic floor. The proximity to the old city of Landshut was amazing! 1 minute walk to the Cathedral of St. Martin’s. Restaurants close everywhere and shopping as well. The Amenities were also terrific. The Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and appliances to satisfy everyone including washer/dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. In addition parking is included in a nearby garage. My family and I highly recommend this destination and will be coming back again soon.

If you are looking for a relaxed accommodation with a few people, you will be super satisfied here. The house and furniture are a bit older, but very clean. The sauna use was also great!:)

The house was as described and perfectly equipped! If we had any questions, Fabian always got in touch immediately and solved our problem. Absolutely recommended!

We were traveling as a large family with 3 generations. I had to clarify two things in advance because of traveling with a toddler and immediately got an answer and a helpful concession. Then we arrived and ALL felt at home immediately. The apartment is beautifully located and really practical and cozy. Communication 1a. You are immediately at the Isar and can walk along the water to the city center. The garden is a real feel-good garden. The equipment for pastime for all 3 generations phenomenal - from picture book to Playstation to very traditional street chalk, grill and badminton and much more. I look forward to staying here again at the next family reunion in Landshut. Thank you!!!

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the place is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - those were our highlights! Also important: The pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighborhood cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

Beautiful apartment with large kitchen and balcony - with two bedrooms perfect for friends with children on a weekend trip. Sandra is super nice and helpful and was always quick to reach. The apartment is within walking distance of the train station and downtown, a large playground, beer garden and supermarkets are right around the corner. We felt very comfortable.

Short stopover with home office. Internet was very fast. I was able to make my calls. Apartment was exceptionally clean! Will definitely come back when in the area.

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

Beautiful Neuburg isn’t in many foreign guide books and maybe we should keep it that way. The apartment is smack bang in the middle of the old town but the contrast couldn’t be bigger: it is very up-to-date and has amenities that older folks (like us) don’t even know (listening to your favorite music under the shower???) Anyway, it’s beautiful and comfortable. We loved the BIG table, the couches in the television corner, the two small chairs at the entrance when you climbed 3 stories and needed (and wanted!) to take your shoes off. Simply great.
