To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Access is away from the hustle and bustle via a quiet residential street. All shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities are within walking distance. The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.

Located on the outskirts of a tiny village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the rural, hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for little children. Peace and quiet! Up to 5 people can be accommodated in our 3 bedrooms. One person could sleep on the cozy couch in the living room. The apartment has a kitchen with 2 stoves, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Parking is sufficiently available. It is only a 5-minute walk to the boulevard, paddock or the Hatzenbach section. The apartment is located directly on the grandstand T13. Ample parking space available.
