We like to welcome guests who want to discover the best of Amsterdam, such as museums, restaurants, architecture, parks, terraces, etc.

Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. Living room is overlooking the water, large open windows facing the canal, design interior, large dining table, three bedrooms. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Your space is totally private with your own bathroom, bedroom, captain's room and wheel house. The space is centrally heated and double glazed for chilly days. You also have access to outside space on our pier where you can relax into the evening on warm summer nights.

First Class houseboat studio (corner)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

The houseboat is a spacious and comfortable place on a quiet canal. It is a romantic experience, even ducks will come to say hi. Two bedrooms, one bathroom and a nice open living room to enjoy. It is decorated in a modern style and peaceful colors. The kitchen has all the appliances and a dishwasher. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and TV with cable.

Gorgeous houseboat moored on historic canal. The B&B is 60 m2, with ample living space, an open kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. Outside is a large deck. Perfect for a couple, not for guests who have trouble with steep stairs The boat is called “Musard” and was built in 1922 in Rouen, France. We live in the rear end of the boat and our guests stay in the front.
