Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy the relaxing seaview and your dinner by the sea! Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.
