Cycladic house vacation rentals in Kea-Kythnos

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι της Βούλας ήταν εξαιρετική. Η Βούλα μας έδωσε πριν την άφιξή μας πολλές χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για όλες τις περιοχές του νησιού. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο και φιλόξενο και έχει όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστεί μια οικογένεια. Είναι πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα μαγαζιά και τα εστιατόρια της Χώρας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε και σε επόμενο ταξίδι μας στο νησί!

We had a perfect stay! Though it's a one-room flat, it's very well furnished and functional to live in (and not just sleep in) - and cute. Everything was clean and seemed to be new. It's all equipped as well, you'll find everything you need to cook, a rack to dry your clothes, hairdryer, coffee machine and a wardrobe. There is a table big enough to eat inside but the terrace was our favourite spot! There you have you private space to chill, have drinks or dinner in the shade, play cards, relax. The location was great too! Only a couple minutes from Korissia and several beaches if you don't want to go far for a swim. Down the street from the flat are bars, restaurants and the mini market so you can take a stroll in the evening for dinner, drinks and a walk on the marina or pop out in the morning for breakfast (though the flat also had coffee & breakfast snacks). Though it was very hot, the flat stays cool and enjoyable day & night (there is also AC if needed). Because we arrived early, they even went through the struggle of having the room ready for us early, and allowed us to stay longer after checkout. He also bailed us out very quick when we locked ourselves out on the terrace (warning: always leave the key in the lock^^). This was an all around great stay and I can warmly recommend it :)

We stayed in studio 3, which offers the most in terms of privacy, but restricted sunlight onto the balcony area during the daytime. We didn’t use the pool which is located directly outside of studio 4 and one of the smaller studios. The studio itself in terms of cleanliness we could not fault, including the mid-week linen and towel changes. The studio is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We were kindly met at the port by Evangelia, we were grateful of this as we doubt we would have located the studio ourselves due to it being located in a remote area accessed by a 15-20 minute journey down a challenging, undulating dirt track which tested both the ability of our hire car, and indeed driving skills when returning back to the studio in darkness each evening. The location of the studio is in a remote area, with other properties set in the rock face which are set just up from the beach. The beach was nice, it gets busier at the weekends when there is also a charge of 25 Euros for two sun beds, a parasol, two towels and two bottles of water, there is however space on the beach if you just want to set out your beach towels, free of charge. There are no taverna’s or supermarkets located near the studio, the closest being another 15-20 minute drive back along the dirt track, we ended up doing this journey at least twice a day, once to explore the island, and again in the evenings to enable us to visit the taverna’s. All in all, the studios are well presented, and ideally located if you want to watch the sunset and enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the crowds.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Port Merichas, kythnos. The view of the sea was nothing short of breathtaking, making every moment feel special. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our needs. Anna and Makis were outstanding hosts—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, even connecting us with excellent local vendors. We arrived as guests but left as friends. We highly recommend staying here, and we can’t wait to return!

Excellent séjour passé au sein de cette magnifique maison nichée dans les collines, au calme, avec une vue magnifique. Seul point "négatif": la climatisation déjà évoquée dans précédents avis mais pas insurmontable non plus! 😉 Un tout grand merci à Polina pour sa réactivité ainsi qu'à la gentillesse de ses adorables parents, Vassylis et Mary😊. Je recommande le lieu sans hésiter!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, άρτια εξοπλισμένος με ολα ταπαραιτητα ενός νοικοκυριού!!Προσεγμένα όλα!! Εξυπηρετικότατοι οι ιδιοκτήτες, διακριτικοί και ιδιαίτερα πρόθυμοι σε τυχόν απορίες μας!! Ένας πεντακάθαρος, ήσυχος χώρος πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά και συνάμα απόκεντρος!!Για ανθρώπους που εκτιμούν το όμορφο το καθαρό και το προσεγμένο είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή!!

au centre de Kythnos, dans la "capitale Chora" petit bourg tout blanc à flanc de colline (complètement rousses ), la petite maison de Nikos est ideale=très propre, cycladique, simple, au calme, à deux pas d une rue avec restaurants, bars , commerces et touristes. Nous y avons passé une magnifique semaine à découvrir l île, se baigner dans quelques unes des 60 plages au fond de criques escaroees ,toutes splendides..c est l île aux plages .nous avons beaucoup marché parce que nous aimons et visité les kastros antiques au soleil couchant ..seules au monde ..et Nikos est adorable, réactif..parfait .un restaurant authentique avec accueil incomparable à agios Stéphanie, Κανάρης.

We had an excellent stay at the villa with our friends and family. The surroundings are beautiful and calm. The host is very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Τι σπίτι και η θέα είναι εκπληκτικά! Υπήρχε ιδιωτικότητα και το σπίτι παρείχε τα πάντα που μπορεί κάποιος να ζητήσει. Ειδική αναφορά θα κάνω στον Δημήτρη και την Εμμανουέλα, που εκτός απο τις λεπτομερέστατες πληροφορίες που παρείχαν, όταν χρειάστηκε λόγω ενός προβλήματος που παρουσιάστηκε με το αυτοκίνητο μας, παρόλο που η ώρα ήταν ακατάλληλη, έκαναν τα πάντα για να μας βοηθήσουν, μέχρι που προσφέρθηκαν να μας δανείσουν το δικό τους όχημα, για να μην χαλάσουν οι διακοπές μας! πραγματικό παράδειγμα διαχείρισης και φιλοξενείας. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ, για την αξέχαστη εμπειρία!!!
