Great place to stay in Gudauri! The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short distance from the ski lift, making it super convenient for skiing and snowboarding.

The view from the windows is beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary not only for a short stay but also for a long-term one. It’s a very comfortable apartment, much more so than a bungalow. The host is very kind and helpful with advice.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

It’s a very cozy apartment in one of the best locations in Gudauri. The place is very quiet and the views are just incredible. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the balcony. Really enjoyed spending my evenings with a cup of tea there. German is a great host. He answered to all my questions, gave me some advices and travel tips, and was here to help me with every issue that I had. If you want to create the memories that last, I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment

Отличное расположение рядом со склоном, в квартире чисто и тепло, несмотря на то что мы попали в очень холодный сезон, до -27 по ночам. Рядом гондола, рестораны, казино, spar, и при этом очень тихо и спокойно в апартаментах. Elene быстро решила все вопросы которые у нас были. Из недостатков отмечу лишь постельное белье, которое электризуется, без хлопка. Все остальное прекрасно!

Beautiful cabin with amazing views. It was very cozy inside and we had a great time! The only thing to consider is to message the host for the adress because the one on the listing is slightly off. But they responded quickly :)

We had a great stay in this lovely house in Stepantsminda. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views, and the house itself is cozy and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Niko was always available and helpful whenever we needed anything. The only thing to note is that sound travels easily between the first and second floor — which is expected for a house of this type. Overall, the house was ideal, we had a wonderful time, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
