Favorite stay in our Georgia trip. Worth every penny. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a stay in Gudauri. The surrounding was superb with the mountain views and the calm atmosphere. Yuri is a Super host and she was available whenever we needed.

Cosy little studio in an absolutely premiere location. The closest you can get to the gondola ski lift. Driving out of the parking garage might be tricky for smaller cars.

Nini is very kind, her apparment is clean and very cozy, the location is amazing and the services at the hotel 10/10. If i come back to Guadauri i deffinitly book again, Nini is a great host.

Very responsive and friendly host, the hotel itself is nice and has spa center with an amazing view of the mountains. The hotel is just near one of the slope but you need to drive, walk or use the lift to get to the New Gudauri where is the main area of ski rentals, restaurants etc. I definitely recommend this hotel)))

The host Levan is very friendly and provided me with everything I needed in the area, including a phone card, currency exchange, and took me to many places to visit.Thank you very much for your help on this trip. The location of the room is also very good, just beside the snowfield, only 5 minutes walk to the cable car.The room is clean and very large, the view is very good, the view is very beautiful, everything around is very convenient. Thanks again to Levan, I'll be back.

a very nice apartment at a very good location, the only ski-in ski-out in New Gudauri. The apartment is full with cooking tools and a very nice kitchen. the shower was better than other apartments I stayed in in that building. the only downside was lack of small things like toilet paper, carbon bag etc', we got over those in The Spar that is a few minutes walk. I highly recommend going there

Had a great stay in Gudauri! The host was very nice and flexible with check-out. The apartment had everything needed—cozy and well-heated, just 100 meters from the Gondola lift. I like the fact that it had laundry. Ski rental is conveniently located in the same building. Perfect spot for a ski trip!

I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with our stay The apartment was accurate to the description, very nice Ski hills within walking distance Our host was super responsive when we arrived (when it was 4am) And finally he was flexible with our checkout conditions! I highly recommend it!! And I will happily renew my stay!

We stayed for 8 days and were very satisfied! Cozy, comfortable, warm apartment. Has everything you need and more... Very convenient place - everything you need nearby: store, restaurants, rentals, lift... Transparent balcony - just like in the description: air, mountains, beauty! The hostess is very responsive - they were answered all questions quickly. Thank you very much for your help with the transfer. The driver Jamal brightened up the trip with interesting stories about Georgia and more, showed historical places and turned the expected boring trip into an unforgettable tour. Thank very much

Nice and cozy place in a quiet area, away from noises. We were very happy with the place. The cleaning can be improved a little bit but it doesn’t bother us because they have cleaning tools available. Host is super nice and responsive. Anything we need, we just asked and she brought us stuff right away.

We had a lovely stay just minutes from the Gondola at New Gudauri. The space was clean and as described, and Ani gave good communication. Location cannot be beat, everything nearby - restaurants and the joys of the mountain.

It was a nice staying in Mirza’s apartment. We had a great view from the balcony, welcoming hosting and cool location. Highly recommend this place !

A great place to spend a little or a lot of time at any time of year. The place was really comfortable and had all we needed for an extended period. Irma was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. We'd stay again!

The apartment was clean and well kept. View from the balcony was magical and the whole wall was practically a window. Inside there was everything you would need. The host was very communicative and answered every message within few minutes, also making sure that you are satisfied. I really recommend the host and the apartment, everything was as I would have pleased.

great view and easy to find. some things are missing like washing machine / television microwave stuff like that other than that great staying place for a day or two
