This is just a big, beautiful, private, quiet, well appointed cave suite filled with character. The whole complex of cave homes are beautifully laid out across multiple tiered levels with gardens and patios and privacy walls and old stone stairs between. This particular suite has a beautiful cathedral ceiling bedroom, a huge double rainfall shower and comfortable king bed. You can easily walk into a busy area of restaurants and shopping. Süha has lots of helpful suggestions for touring the area and eating out. We loved his place and will dream about coming back again!

Ercan is a kind host very responsive. The House is as the photos show. Everything clean and functional. The neighborhood is a rural area, super quiet with wonderful views. I recommend it without hesitation.

Fazlasiyla memnun kaldık. Hem öncesi hem de konaklama süresince bizimle çok iyi ilgilenildi. Konaklama adına hiçbir sorun yaşanmadı. Mühit de ev de mükemmeldi. İlk fırsatta tekrar geleceğim. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilirsiniz.

Kapadokya' ya gelip burada konaklama yaptığımız için çok şanşlı olduğumuzu düşünüyorum. Ev sahibi çok misafirperverdi. Beraber sohbet edebileceğimiz kısa bir zamanda geçirmiş olduk. Sanki bir tanıdığımızın evinde kalıyor gibiydik bu yüzden kendisine ve ailesine çok teşekkür ederiz. Birdahaki seyehatimiz de yine burada konaklamaktan mutluluk duyacağız. Ev için yorumlarımız; Ev Ortahisar'ın tam merkezindedir. Evin içerisinde ihtiyaç duyacağınız her şey mevcut. Yürüyerek çarşıya gidebilirsiniz. Turistik yerlere arabayla 10-15 dk mefasede bulunmaktadır. Evin içi de büyük, rahat ve konforlu. Hem tatil yapıp hem ailenizle tadını çıkartabileceğiniz bir yer. You are literally living in a labyrinth made of stone and cave but still you have everything you need for a modern life. Clean, private, spacious, and a lot of sunshine. Süha is always there at your service. Greatly recommend it.

The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. We were able to cook, do our washing and feel at home. Tuncer is a great host, he was helpful, answered questions quickly and provided us with firewood, a bqq and additional washing detergent. The location is good, close to the shops, restaurants and castle.

Everything was good

The place was nice and cozy. 24 hrs hot water and extra bathroom was very convenient. He let us checked in right away before noon so early check in saved us a huge time on snowboarding. Thank you

Kayak için geldim ailemle beraber 4 gece kaldım erciyes kayak merkezine 25 km yaklaşık 20 dk da gidilebilir. Şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde çıkıp yemeğinizi uygun fiyatlara yiyebileceğiniz bir çok restoran mevcut alışveriş yapmak için market 10 metre mesafede oda 4 kişi için yeterli ve 5. kişi çocuk olursa kalabilir.
