Our villa, which is 10 minutes from the city center of Kayseri and 10 minutes from the Ski Center, offers accommodation in a location close to both city life and nature at the same time. 2 minutes by car to the market, bakery, restaurant, butcher, grocery store and other basic necessities. With 5 rooms and a capacity of 12 beds, it provides the perfect accommodation for large families, groups of friends and ski teams. It offers a comfortable use with a large terrace, 5-car parking lot, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Our house, which we designed in the concept of a 1+1 boutique villa built in February 2024, is 12 km (10 minutes) from the city center. Erciyes ski resort Hacılar is 7 km (10 minutes) away. It has a 250 square meter garden. Heat and sound insulation is available. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. It has its own parking lot. It is carefully designed for families of 4-5 people to stay comfortably. It is also suitable for those who have difficulty walking. There is no Wi-Fi✖️ NOTE: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED🚫

Our comfortable, clean and reliable authentic vineyard house is 19 km from Erciyes Ski Center Tekir Kapı, 10 km from Hacılar Kapı, 6 km from Kayseri city center, Historical Castle, 13 km from Kayseri Airport, 14 km from Kayseri Bus Terminal, 71 km from Ürgüp Göreme. Our vineyard house has two floors and the upper floor is for rent, it has a separate entrance. We live downstairs. We can help our guests with anything.

Our house is 7 km (10 minutes) from the ski resort. It has the BEST view you can find in Kayseri. There are 3 single beds and 1 double bed. There is ABSOLUTELY no heating problem. There are 2 bathrooms. 24/7 hot water and unlimited Wi-Fi are available. Indoor parking is available.
