Great stay! Good communication and fantastic location.

Right next to the ritz carlton resort and their amenities (bar, restaurant, stables, golf, etc.), easy beach access and a short drive to food trucks and other essentials. The unit itself was fine and gave us what we needed. It may have been the jet lag but i am fairly certain the bed is the most comfortable airbnb/hotel bed i have ever slept in.

The cabana was freshly renovated, the residents and security were friendly and helpful. The beach was great-we watched whales and sea turtles almost daily! We experienced the true Hawaii; not touristy surroundings-this is what we wanted. We rented a Turo weekly to see the beautiful island sights-Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, Polynesian Culture Center. We had the best of both sides of Oahu! Luvonne did not skimp on details-such as towels, including kitchen towels, kitchen was stocked with nice pans, utensils, tea, coffee, etc. The king sized bed was comfortable and connections for electronics were on the headboard. She also had cleaning supplies needed available. If we had questions, Luvonne was good to respond and encouraged us to call directly if needed. Outside businesses were limited; Longs Drug store and Papa Johns were within walking distance. Honolulu was not a far drive but traffic is slow; thats the nature of being here! We enjoyed our 2 month stay!

I live in Honolulu and it's always great to escape to the windward side for a weekend getaway of peace. I fell asleep to the sound of the ocean each night. couldn't ask for anything else. Kind neighborhood. Beach front. 10/10. Would stay again!

I cannot recommend this host enough!!! I had a wonderful time and this host was the reason. I originally had reservations with Grand Welcome of Hawaii Oahu. However, we were met with a dirty room and roaches and had to immediately find new accommodations two days into our vacation. We loved the area of Ko Olina and wanted to stay. This host had an available villa right next door at the Marriot property. I immediately contacted him in the hopes that he could make it happen even with such short notice. To my amazement and satisfaction, he responded immediately and took all the necessary steps to ensure an easy check-in and flawless stay for the rest of our vacation. I will be using him for any vacation destinations he may have property at. I couldn’t be happier and more appreciative with this company and highly recommend anyone looking for an Airbnb to consider using them.

Kayla's Place was very nice and we would love to come back someday. Great location and the place very clean and well decorated.

The location was unbelievable with an amazing beach and a pool that the kids loved. Slight issue with the cleaning service was responded to by Gunji immediately. It was definitely a great value for the price and we would absolutely go back!

I thought this place was a gem! It’s just far enough away from the super densely tourist areas but a quick enough drive to Honolulu or the north shore market. The beach is right there and it’s beautiful - we saw so many turtles on the sand! The rental itself was perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen was updated and clean, the living room felt very cozy and the bathroom had plenty of towels! My friend and I are very happy that we picked this rental and we have nothing negative to say! We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is very comfy and it looks exactly like the pictures. The host is very responsive, the check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow, and it was also was super clean. We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed the apartment. We had breakfast on the balcony and enjoyed watching the spectacular sunsets there as well. My hubby became an excellent turtle spotter. The reception staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for dinner. It was quiet of a night and we slept well. The beach was lovely and not overcrowded. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Location, tropical, peaceful and perfect. The pools were so clean and inviting. Place wasn’t over crowded which we loved the most. Lagoon was breathtaking. The unit needed a little updating but was still wonderful. Would definitely recommend and choose this place again!
