Welcome to our fully renovated RIVERFRONT cottage on Burnt River, Fenelon Falls with private boat mooring. Whether you are looking for a relaxing vacation or an adventurous one, this is the perfect location. The river is deep and weed free, great for swimming, tubing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and boating (if you have a boat). There is a free boat launch just down the road. Lake Cameron is a relaxing boat ride away. For the adventurous, there are hiking, biking and ATV trails close by.

A spacious living room features a high wooden ceiling with a ceiling fan and large windows allowing natural light to fill the space. Comfortable seating is arranged around a central coffee table, complemented by a wood stove. Books and games are displayed on a nearby shelf.

1950's Romantic & Whimsical cottage on Gull River

My whimsical & quaint cottage is 5klm from town which hosts a Foodland, LCBO, Pub, ice cream window and Home Hardware. Balsam Lake Provincial Park and Indian Point Provincial Park are close as well. I love my cottage because of the gardens, the chandeliers, the purple doors and the glorious clean river! The cottage itself is 900sq.ft. of cuteness & the property is 100 x200sqft. Canoeing, kayaking, bbqing, swimming, snorkeling and river floating are daily activities.

This place was absolutely amazing! So peaceful and close to nature. It felt like a perfect escape from the city. The space was spotless and well-maintained, and everything we needed was nearby. The view alone made the stay totally worth it. It truly felt like home, and I would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!

Second time at Fred's this Summer and yet again, it was amazing! Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side but that didn't stop us from having a great time. Fred had so many things for us to do indoors, we loved all the options. Can't wait for our next getaway at Fred's.

This was our second time staying here with the kids over Victoria Day, and once again, it was perfect. The place has everything we needed and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the beautiful view, swimming in the lake, making s’mores, and enjoying quality time together. A beautiful and convenient spot for a great getaway — we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

My husband and I had a great stay at Daniel’s place. Took advantage of the fire pit and peddle boat and the peaceful surrounding. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends.
