Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge which has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate WC. Large terrace with lounge area and barbecue.

In the area there are walking paths in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to padel court. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. There is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed as well as toilet/shower on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a living room and a bedroom.

Our time at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness and coziness of the house were outstanding, and the lovingly designed details of the furnishings inspired us again and again. Each room was furnished with so much taste and a sense of something special that it resulted in a harmonious and inviting overall picture – almost like a home away from home. The sauna and fireplace in particular perfectly rounded off our stay and provided unforgettable moments of well-being. An absolute highlight was the snowfall on New Year's Eve, which turned the already picturesque surroundings into a true winter wonderland. This combination of fantastic scenery and exceptional accommodation has made our Sweden vacation just as we had dreamed of it. We would have liked to have stayed longer! What a beautiful space and thoughtful hosts. My family and I confidently recommend Dennis’ home. It was a lovely restful retreat, every comfort considered. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was clean as a whistle and relaxing to be in (even with three small kids!). We cooked excellent meals, enjoyed endless rounds of sauna and cold dips and warmed up by the fire on cold nights. A wonderful experience - no notes!

An outdoor dining setup features a round table with an array of dishes, including seafood on a large platter and a bowl of salad. Glasses of white wine are placed beside the dishes. A fire burns in a stone fireplace, surrounded by greenery.

We spent the second year a week at Kristina's nice place. Quiet and beautiful environment, there is everything you need. Super nice location with proximity to cliffs (magical sunsets!), walking distance to Öregrund center and nice running tracks. Kristina is really nice and check in/out was so smooth! We would love to come back!
