Lilla Havsbrus Öregrund - seaside cottage

Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. Newly renovated, 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

Björnbo - A lovely cottage

Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Here you can enjoy both an active holiday or rest and recreation. This cottage is located in a nice environment on northern Gräsö. Here you have 2 km to nice swimming cliffs and 1 km to fishing port with swimming jetty. Around the Knot, you will find nature trails for hiking, biking or running. If you have a boat, there is a ramp for launching. The archipelago offers stunning cliffs for sunbathing and swimming, and is also conducive for fishing. Bedlinen and towels/bath towels are included. The cottage is about 50 meters from the landlord's residence.

In autumn and winter, we have a three day preparation time because underfloor heating slowly settles up from the lower maintenance heat .

The former room for the store clerk is now carefully renovated into a comfortable home where the logs, linden reefs and plank floors are left, but now supplemented with a modern kitchen, washing machine, wifi and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the cozy garden and the pergola's outdoor furniture together with the host couple.

Enjoy a morning or evening swim from your own dock and take a ride on the lake or take a walk in the woods right outside the door. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.

Bright and nice apartment in the middle of central Öregrund ( 1 room & kitchen of about 40 m2) but only a minute walk to the harbor, the city's restaurant path and the ICA store which is open 8-20 all year (8-22 during the summer). The apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-family villa from late 1800's. The accommodation is fully equipped and is great for two people. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
