Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Kavala

Das 3-Pers.-Appartment befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit gutem Zugang zum Meer (ca. 200-300 m. Distanz). Vor meiner Ankunft wurde das 3-Bett-Zimmer, Duschraum/WC (mit Waschmaschine) + Kochnische/Kühlschrank gründlich gereinigt. Man hat Morgensonne auf dem Balkon, welche ab nachmittags nachlässt. Es gibt eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Haus und die Vermieter selbst sind sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für ein Gespräch offen. Wöchentlich wurden mir ohne Aufforderung frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche angeboten. Während meines 4-wöchigen Aufenthaltes fühlte ich mich sicher und gut aufgehoben. Es gibt 2 Zimmer zur Straße hin und 2 Zimmer zur Rückseite. Wer nachts bei offenem Fenster etwas ruhiger schlafen möchte, sollte sich für eines der hinteren Zimmer entscheiden. Ansonsten sind die Fenster sehr gut lärmisoliert und die Klimaanlage sorgt für eine gute runtergekühlte Atmosphäre. Ich kann dieses Airbnb-Angebot absolut empfehlen!

Super clean, quiet and comfortable apartment, large balconies to enjoy your morning coffee. Felt just like at home. Excellent price. I fully recommend !

The place is very nice with a great big terrace. We had towels, coffee, tea and a big bathroom. The location was also great, very close to the center and the beach.

Прекарахме страхотна почивка. Загубихме представа за времето. Къщата е със страхотно местоположение. Отваряш врата, правиш три крачки и си на плажа. Не е лукс, но има всичко необходимо. Впечатлихме се колко добре се спи в къщата. Може да не усетищ, че е станало обяд. Symeon отговаря незабавно и се старае да помогне по всякакъв начин. Нашите тийнейджъри останаха много доволни и догодина планират пак да сме тук. В близост има много заведения, но без да е шумно.

Everything was beyond expectations. The place is very cozy and the couple who gave us the access is very pleasant. I can remember that one morning someone talked louder outside and Christina’s mom just Drew His attention of voice control a second after. ♥️

Обзаведена с всичко необходимо, чистата и просторна къща ни предостави тишина, сянка и слънце на двете тераси през различните части на денонощието. Събуждаш се и имаш възможност да изпишеш сутрешното си кафе на широка тераса, сред прохлада и зеленина. Чисто, ново обзавеждане, бели, стилни мебели, всички необходими посуда и уреди в кухнята. Още си спомням бялата кана с ароматния жасмин, който ни посрещна и ухаеше през всичките дни на престоя ни. Обещавам си пак да посетя това уютно място - на еднакво разстояние (5-10 минути пеш) от плаж, пристанище, таверни и магазинчета - пекарни и сладкарници. Благодарим Ви, домакини! Ще се върнем пак! 🙏

Sin lugar a duda de los mejores alojamientos en nuestra estadía en Grecia, super impecable en lugar, decorado con muy buen gusto, todos sus muebles nuevos, los cuartos con refrigeración, su juego de sábanas, Toallas, nuevas, shampo y demás en los baños, la cocina impecable, limpia y nueva, las áreas de estar muy amplias. La playa muy tranquila y limpias a sólo 1 cuadra de la vivienda, tiendas de café, y club de playa, palapas, camastro, alli mismo, una hermosa vista a la gran isla frente a esta hermosa playa

The place looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The house and yard are very big and spacious, everything was super clean, well organized and well equipped. The communication was excellent, the host was super responsive and helpful all the time. We felt wonderful and would definitely come back 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb on Thassos! The location is perfect – peaceful and surrounded by stunning old olive trees. It’s also just a short walk to the beach and a few really nice restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We even received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Marios, the host, was amazing – incredibly supportive, easy to talk to, and always happy to help. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Thassos

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

A great location. A few minutes walk from 2 different beautiful beaches. The house was spotless. It has a very sweet and well-kept garden. There is no parking problem. Christos and his father are very hospitable. They always gave us treats. We were very happy to stay in this house. I hope we will come back one day.

The fact that you have your own beach where you can go drink your cofee at sunrise overcomes the minor issues of the place. We had also the chance to have very nice neighbours in the other properties in the courtyard.

Страхотно място страхотна гледка към залива на Кавала. Много добри и отзивчиви хора са хазяйте. Силно препоръчвам.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was very quiet and only 5-6 minutes driving distance from the city centre. Our hosts were very proactive in their communication with us. The apartment is very new. We particularly enjoyed the terrace as well as the complimentary wine, juice and breakfast spreads. Every little detail was considered by the host. We will definately stay here again when we visit Kavala the next time.

La casa de Konstantina és fantàstica! Tot està impecable, net i és molt bonica. Està cuidat fins l'últim detall. També està molt ben ubicada a prop del casc antic i de varis comerços. Finalment volem destacar l'amabilitat de l'amfitriona i els seus fills que l'acompanyen per poder parlar en anglès. Sens dubte, Konstantina és una superhost!

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Το σπιτι υπεροχο με την ωραιοτερη θεα στην Καβαλα!!! πληρως εξοπλισμενο με ασανσερ και παρκινγκ! οσο για την οικοσεσποινα, ευγενεστατη, εξυπηρετικοτατη και αμεσα ανταποκρινομενη!!! θα το επισκεπτομασταν ξανα σιγουρα και το συστηνουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!!

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again.
