Vacation rentals with a patio in Kavala

Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Thank you for everything.

All very well! The only minus was that there is only one bathroom for all three bedrooms.

George and Stela are superhosts! They were caring, warm welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We felt as if we were at home. The place is right next to the beach with amazing sea views. Every morning we were enjoying the beautiful sunrise with a warm cup of coffee and had a great start into the day to enjoy the sea and make sweet memories to warm us up during the cold days. The beach in front of the house is awesome with nice sand and crystal water with a lot of fish. Perfect for swimming, paddle board and canoes. Thank you, dear hosts, for having us and for taking care of our top vacation! We would definitely be coming back!

It was a wonderful stay. Anna’s place had a great location in the old town. It was lively in the day and evening, and very secluded and quiet at night. Will definitely come back. The hosts were great!

Mein Aufenthalt war absolut fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Orten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft des Hosts: Kommunikation war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Ο Παρης και η Χρύσα εξυπηρετικότατοι, μας έδωσαν πολλές πληροφορίες σχετικά με το τι να πάμε και τι να δούμε στο Δοξάτο, τη Δράμα και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το κατάλυμα καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και σε όμορφο, ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα

We loved our stay here! The place is so beautiful right at the water, we enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the sunset over the sea. It was also super clean, we felt very comfortable. Afroditi and her husband were so friendly, gave us recommendations for the area and restaurants, and even brought us fresh vegetables and eggs from their garden and some homemade gifts as well. Definitely recommend and we would love to come back some time.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Georgia, sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sehr zu empfehlen. Alles war wie beschrieben und sie hat sogar noch ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl für uns besorgt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😊

The location looks exactly like in the pictures – very close to the beach, the promenade, and a supermarket. The furniture in the house is new and clean, and the host was very kind and welcoming. We visited Greece in April, when it was a bit chilly, and the heating system wasn’t set up to warm the house, but during the warmer season, the air conditioning will definitely cool the place very well. The accommodation is suitable for 4 adults and possibly 1 or 2 children.

Ons verblijf in het huis van Anna was geweldig fijn. Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op zee. Rustige omgeving; want kleine groep huizen, 28 stuks. Niet allemaal continu bewoond. Winkels en restaurants op 20 kilometer afstand. Zowel naar rechts als naar links mogelijk over de rustige provinciale weg. Het huis is comfortabel met horren tegen de kleine vliegjes. En heeft verschillende zitjes binnen en buiten. Alleen de trap vond ik een beetje lastig soms; een leuning zou wel handig zijn. Anna spreekt Grieks maar dat vertaalt prima via de airbnb-berichten. Compagnon Sophia spreekt engels en vertaalde bij aankomst. Zij woont vlakbij en is altijd bereikbaar. Maar wij hadden geen problemen, gewoon een heerlijke vakantie; gelukkig hebben we de foto's nog.

Je suis très content du logement où mon épouse et moi sommes restés 2 jours. Il est très grand et dispose d'un parking pour plusieurs voitures. Le logement est situé à Polystylo, petit village situé à quelques kilomètres du site antique de Philippi et du baptistère de sainte Lydie voisin que nous avons visités. La communication avec Elena a toujours été rapide. En plus, la mère d'Elena nous a accueilli lors de notre arrivée. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Voyageurs de France . 74 et 67 ans.

This was a perfect stay in Kavala. The appartement has a nice location outside the busy center. This is positive! Because to drive in Kavala with the narrow roads is troublesome. The appartement also has its own parking, so very nice. It was very very clean and has a modern touch. I had good communication with the host and he even left me some apple juice, water, coffee and chocolates. What more can you ask? Thanks for everything!

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Zusätzlich eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse direkt vor der Tür. Auch der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin lief reibungslos.

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Everything was great, Marina was so helpful, you had every need on the house, the only thing that makes us overwhelming was our check-in hour but it is because of our bus departure time. We came to Kavala at 7 am, ofc it was hard to find somewhere to wait with suitcases, i strongly recommend you to put your cases to lockable cabinets on the bus station otherwise it might be unpleasant situation for you to try to walk with heavy cases. But Marina was helpful after we contact she allowed us to early check-in. If you don’t have any sim card you might got trouble about to find taxi as well you should learn the routes before you come. House is located a place easy to find.
