Great value for the price! Everything within walking distance, great beach promenade with many restaurants. Rooms very simple and modern and very clean. Host very accommodating and friendly. We were only there for four days, because of a wedding - next time gladly longer for the real vacation. Thank you for everything 🙏🏼

We loved our stay! Our host was so lovely and helpful, replied to our questions quickly and was super friendly. The flat is cute, has everything you could need with a great bedroom, homey kitchen and spacious living room. The terrace is also huge and peaceful! Very easy to find and has shaded parking right underneath. The beach is literally 5 minutes walking down the road, with a beach cafe right on the golden sands. There is also a fantastic restaurant almost right across the road. It’s perfect for a little family holiday. So happy with everything! Had the best stay and would definitely go back.

This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. Anastasia's house is a very nice house to stay in peace. There is always hot water for showers. There are enough kitchenware for those who want to have breakfast at home, maybe a classic teapot could have be better. There is a great stove, clean and easy to use. We stayed in May and a few logs of wood were enough to sleep in a warm house until the morning. Although there were instructions on the way to the house, we arrived very late at night, so we had some difficulty finding the house. The house is outside the village, so you need a car to go shopping, have breakfast or at least to the beach.

It is a very beautiful and peaceful place. If you are going there by car, there is a private park spot front of the house. Everywhere is so close by car from the house like beaches and Kavala city center. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. I can strongly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect. The house is surrounded with magnolia trees you can enjoy in the beautiful garden. We had a great time there we felt just like home. Maria and her husband are great hosts. So friendly and helpful. When we arrive to the house Maria had made a cake for us and she gave local recommendations to us. The house is spotless clean and you can find whatever you need. There are 2 close beaches to the house that has crystal clear waters. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful independent apartment, on the garden level. Spacious, clear, very comfortable, well equipped, nicely decorated, the apartment is close to downtown,which we were able to easily reach on foot. Free parking next to the house. Large supermarket nearby. Charming shaded garden, where we dined every night, quietly, with great pleasure. Very friendly and generous welcome from Maria's parents. In short, it's the best address of our whole trip to Greece this summer.

Absolutely loved our stay in Kavala at this charming place! The view from the window was truly breathtaking and made the uphill climb completely worthwhile. Having a parking spot was a huge plus given the limited availability in the area. The space was cozy and clean and the bedroom was comfortable. We also appreciated the hot water with great pressure—it was perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing quick getaway. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

This is our second time in this apartment. We felt very comfortable again. The apartment was very clean. It had a particularly comfortable bed. The balcony with the view is breathtaking. Every evening, sunsets as if made just for us. 😍 The apartment is located right on the beach. Fantastic! Our landlords were again very friendly and yet very reserved. In case of problems (we had wanted a grill), a solution was immediately found. 😊 We'll be back here a third time. Everything perfect!

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again.
