Emmanuel thank you 😊 for your warm welcome to the Estate. The location is still in its development phase however it is in a beautiful location. The accommodation was very good and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed many walks within the area and felt very safe and comfortable. The local market within was a + + The studio was as advertised, however after seeing it I chose to stay in the house with shared spaces. Emmanuel understood and was happy to please— he offered me another room. Electricity does go out quite often . That was an exciting experience for me not a burden. In America 🇺🇸 electricity is always available. Disconnecting from it time to time can be a blessing. The electricity is well managed with the generator. Thank you, John. There is a vast amount of transportation available and exciting opportunities to explore In Abuja. This is a beautiful location with beautiful people. Overall I give this Airbnb 4.5 ⭐️ WiFi would have been the perfect addition. I do recomm
