Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

This sunlit former mine nestles against the rock like a swallow’s nest, directly below Burg Gutenfels and along the Rheinsteig trail - far from train and traffic noise. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

The kitchenette is well equipped with a 2-burner ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glasses. There is free parking at the house. Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our apartment on the ground floor, bright and friendly, is located in the winegrowing community of Bornich, in the "World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley", directly on the Rheinsteig. The Loreley can be reached on foot in 40 minutes. You will find us in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. Parking directly at the house. Check-in via key safe possible. In 500m you are in the great outdoors.
