Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Centrally located villa with new and fully furnished 1-room studios. 5 min. walk to the center. Next door are the best restaurants, bakery, etc. Parking in front of the house (parking disc). The apartment is approximately 26 m² and has a functional floor plan. The maximum occupancy for the apartment is 2 people. The house was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2020. Particular emphasis was placed on functionality and sleeping comfort.
