We couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the house is, the space that we had (both inside and out) and how much we truly felt at home while visiting one of our favorite places to vacation as a family together. Brandon was very flexible allowing us to stage our luggage before checking. He was very responsive in both Airbnb messages and phone. The place is very clean and provides everything a family needs. Unfortunately, the pool is fairly far like most places not in the resorts it’s a shared community pool. Other than that place is fantastic and highly recommend!

Look no further if you’re looking for a perfect spot in Princeville. This house is clean and suited all of our needs. Comfortable beds! Book it and enjoy Hawaii!

What an amazing place! 10min outside of Hanalei so it is quiet and peaceful. We loved going to bed and waking up to the ocean waves!

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

We have had the most amazing stay in Hanalei - Rainbow House is everything we were hoping for and more. Surfing with Micco was the icing on the cake. We will be back to Hanalei soon and we plan on booking here again. From the quiet location to the convenience of being able to walk everywhere, we have been happy as clams on our family vacation! 8 thumbs up from a family of four.

"As Described" sounds like faint praise, but with rentals it's super important. this place delivered on everything advertised. Very spacious. The primary bedroom was set apart from the other two and had its own bathroom. We didn't use the exterior but it looked super cute with two sitting areas, front and back. AC was great. Kitchen was spacious too, which helped a lot. the nearby Coconut Market has really developed into something worth spending time in. Two close beaches, one small and private and one large with gentle shallows. The primary bed was super cushy. Tropical bugs can be an issue anywhere in Hawaii but they were well under control here, which was nice. We've been to the islands six times and likes this place a lot. Absolutely, definitely would stay again... and probably will.

Giselle and Richard are tremendous hosts who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They really spoiled us with their hospitality! The house was splendid, spacious, clean and open. Our kids spent a great deal of time running around in the backyard having a blast! All around wonderful experience

Our stay was outstanding overall….stunning views, quiet/ private, close to walking path, private beach and the space was well- appointed, comfortable and clean. We loved hearing the waves and watching the sun rise AND set each day— so peaceful. There are stairs to access entryway, but it wasn’t a problem at all and parking was always available. There is a pool to use, just steps away ( also quiet) and all within a short drive to amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, great hikes, farmers’ markets and lovely Hanalei. We would love to return and highly recommend!

What a view! Daily, You hear the splashing of the waves against the rocks, nice breeze from the kitchen windows, moon setting in front of your bed, melodious sounds of the birds around 6am, got a glimpse of whale from the balcony, plus rainbow and sunset colors. Had everything that we needed including some beach gears and rice cooker. We loved our time here. Walking to the beach daily with just a towel and having the key by the door was super cool. Fyi: no order on the parking numbers. My partner enjoyed his 70th bday celebration. Thank you very much.

Brooke is an amazing host! She was very responsive, most of the time within minutes, to any questions that we had for her. She even had a neighbor come to help try and diagnose a question for us. The condo was perfect for our family, especially our baby. Brooke had everything set up for us and it was ready to go. The location was just as described and very clean. We will definitely be recommending this condo and look forward to our next visit to Kauai.

We loved our stay! Super cute interior and felt like a hotel. Great location to explore the island and relax. Loved having a washer & dryer available! We appreciated the access to beach chairs/umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Highly recommend staying here!

Robert’s place was very comfortable in a quiet complex, fully equipped for our 11 night stay. Very large space, good WiFi, easy parking, nicely furnished, separate bedroom and not far from shopping and beaches. Ground floor, nice lanai and just a few steps from the pool. A very good value for the area.

This air b&b was exactly as it was described! It was gorgeous inside and the view was beautiful! The local area was peaceful and it was a short drive to delicious food, beaches and restaurants. The host gave us so much information on things to do and was very helpful!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!!

We had a wonderful stay at Adam and Beata’s home in Princeville! Beautiful location, quiet, and we especially loved their peaceful backyard and hearing all the birdies in the morning. Adam and Beata were communicative and helped make our stay easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay while you’re taking in all the beauty of Kaua’i!

We loved our time at Lae Nani! The beach and pool are wonderful and the condo was fantastic. Highly recommend.

My friends and I really like this place. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and the view from the room is the ocean But I just forgot to check that this room does not have air conditioning. When I went, it was rainy and hot and humid, but if you open the window, the wind will come into this room, but I closed the window because it might be from the rain, but overall it is good and near Safeway, restaurants, just across the street.

Michael's place was just great. The views off the balcony were so wonderful. Great breeze comes through the area. The beach is just steps away. Pool area was kept spotless. Michael had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and some snorkel gear. The condo was nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

This unit was incredibly well stocked. We loved all the beach accessories provided, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a first aide kit that came in handy for all the bites and bumps acquired hiking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the A/C was a must after a long day at the beach. We used the washer and dryer everyday. Communication was great, the neighborhood was nice. The bathroom was the only feature that could use some updating. I would definitely recommend this rental to a family. We loved our stay and the location to Hanalei Bay, Hideaway Beach, Annini, and others was perfect for day trips. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our family to stay.

Nice place in a good location but a bit hard to find. Ask for detailed instructions before arriving. Mike is extremely communicative and easy to work with. He even gave us some very welcome flexibility on arrival time -- very much appreciated!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The balcony view is so beautiful & listening to the birds made it even better! The space is exactly as described. Everything was clean & neat! Parking was easy. The surrounding area is wonderful! Having a washer/dryer was so nice! Would definitely stay again!

Allison was a fantastic host. She proactively gave us helpful recommendations for us to try and see. Not only that but her communication and direction was extremely clear and timely. She helped make our stay and experience there that much more memorable. Definitely will be coming back!

Tyler and his place were exceptional. Everything that was said in traveler's previous reviews we got to experience during our visit. Tyler's place is so quiet and clean and it is so big (specially the lanai). The grounds are so very beautiful and the pool area is big and just a few steps from the condo. Tyler is great with communication, checking in with you to make sure that everything is ok as your stay gets underway. He provides easy to understand instructions for using the condo. Tyler had a freezer go out just before our stay but he communicated the repair and a new fridge/freezer was quickly delivered and installed the next day. It all worked out perfect. This is a great place to stay in Princeville and we would definitely recommend and use again for future trips.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this spacious, well-furnished and tastefully decorated condo. The three-bedroom set-up was perfect for our family: parents downstairs in the master, and kids upstairs, each with their own room. Morning coffee and breakfasts on the lanai were peaceful. The large island in the kitchen was perfect for prepping family meals. Pool and workout facilities were nice. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and boogie boards stored in the garage. Communication with the owner was clear, detailed and timely. Overall, we loved this condo and enjoyed its close proximity to amenities and activities in Poipu and Koloa.
