Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kattegat

We had a wonderful weekend at Robert's cottage. It is absolutely fantastic by the water and in general the cottage is in very good condition. Beds, furniture and equipment were really good - especially inside and nothing was missing. There was good communication and help from start to finish, which was really good. There were a few small challenges that were solved immediately with the help of Robert, so all in all a super experience. We definitely dream of going there again.

We had a great stay! The host was very friendly, had prepared everything for our arrival-the house was heated, and the lights were on, so it was easy to navigate in the dark. The view from the house was amazing and the location close to the beach where we could go all the way down with the car. The house itself was cozy and had a nice atmosphere. Beautiful bright beach house lovingly furnished in Scandinavian style in a fantastic location right on the beach. The view from the balcony and the small rose-covered terrace to the Baltic Sea is uniquely beautiful. Anja is a warm host and has prepared everything for our stay down to the smallest detail and conjured up a unique feel-good atmosphere. We used this as our base to see Skagen and the surrounding areas with our family. It was a great cozy cabin! Perfect for my two kids to play and super close to the dunes and beautiful beach!!!

We stayed at Susan and Greg's place for 2 weeks and we loved it. The hosts were very friendly and open and we felt very comfortable. It worked great with our dog, surrounded by meadows, forest and lake.

My family and I had a great stay. Kristina and Linus have really built a welcoming and beautiful place that you feel at home in right away. The contact with the hosts was smooth and pleasant. We immediately felt that we wanted to come back when we were on our way home. Can't do anything but really recommend the accommodation, and the hosts!

Perfect in every way. Cozy, peaceful, quiet yet restaurants, trains, shops, just about everything close by. We loved having breakfast every morning in the beautifully kept back garden or just hanging out with a glass of wine before dinner. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we make a return visit to Copenhagen. All the amenities you can imagine. Kitchen well stocked. Comfy bed, bedding and linens, lovely artwork and accents, and don’t forget the heated bathroom floor! We aren’t accustomed to the long summer nights with early sunrises so the eye sleep masks provided for us were extremely helpful. All we can say is our stay was perfect in every way. We wish Airbnb had a ten star review!!! ;)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dan’s place! The home was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. The location was also perfect — close to shops, public transport, and other amenities, which made getting around really easy. It was a peaceful and quiet area, yet everything we needed was just around the corner. We were a large group, and the space was perfect for us — roomy, cozy, and very family-friendly. Communication with Dan was smooth and responsive from start to finish. He was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It's hard to find anything wrong with the accommodation itself. Clean and everything you need is there. It may be good to know that the accommodation is located next to a busy road. You can't see the road, but you can hear it. If you suffer from photosensitivity, it can be tiring.

I can't speak highly enough of this AirBnB listing! My wife and I absolutely loved the apartment. The building itself is really neat (historical but modernized) and in a fantastic, walkable location. When we arrived they made us cappuccinos. The unit itself was chic and welcoming. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us as well (nice touch!). The place is spacious with 3 separate rooms. The kitchen is really modern and well designed. The bathroom has a large shower, which is often not the case in Europe. In the back of the unit is a large garden area where you can just take your wine or coffee and chill out. After we left, the host notified us that we had left some clothing there by accident and offered to mail it to a hotel we were staying at later in our trip. Much appreciated! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed 2 nights in the little cottage. We didn't miss anything and everything was clean. Beach and shopping nearby, also good for excursions in the area (we were in Skagen, for example). Our dog was also welcome and felt right at home. Communication was great, Betina always available and absolutely friendly. Beautiful little garden that we would have liked to use more. Absolutely recommended. Bathroom very small, and yet it was enough and it worked well. Thank you for a really nice stay!

We liked the flat, it is large and spacious. We enjoyed using one of the balconies in the afternoons. The flat was lovingly furnished. Everything you need was available. We liked it very much and are therefore happy to recommend the flat to others. 😊☀️

This is a rare find. Having grown up in Copenhagen, I know how hard it is to find something in the old inner city that actually feels like a full apartment. Great place in a great location.

A beautiful, cozy accommodation, very stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. Copenhagen is very easy to reach and after a long day in the city you can enjoy the tranquility of the accommodation on the outskirts of the city - in good weather on the small veranda. Would love to come back!!

"As it would be at home in France", Peder and Kirsten are simply beautiful people: kind, respectful, cautious about the happiness of their hosts. Very touching little touches to please. As for the place... (4 days) it is a small paradise by the lake, an extraordinary view with a fantastic sunset and possibility of breakfast with swans, numerous and diverse birds in a refreshing peace. The place has everything you need, very comfortable beds with a magical lake view. Multiple hikes or walks are possible. Summer activities for everyone. We highly recommend coming to take a magical break in this caring home. The value for money is great. We wish Kristen and Peder a nice continuation.

The apartment is wonderfully located, and is a great starting point to experience the city. There are many activities in the surrounding area and Kristin has many tips. The apartment is wonderfully furnished. Kristin is a great host and responds very quickly.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you want to experience “hygge” during your stay in Copenhagen, this is the place! It is very clean and spacious- plenty of room for two, very cozy for one. The bed is very comfortable, and I loved the bathroom. There are extras of essentials in case you forgot anything. Everyone in passing was very friendly, totally possible to keep to yourself if you wish. The backyard is it’s own special place, I highly recommend unwinding here after a day in the city. Getting to the city is very easy- exit the front gate, go to your right, cross the side walk and you are at the bus stop for 5C headed towards the city. Lime bikes available about 3 blocks that same way as well. I recommend taking the bikes to or from Tivoli gardens/ Glyptotek area for a practically straight shot, easy going biking experience. Pita Kebab down the street was soo good, as were Netto’s premade options. Enjoy your stay in an authentic Danish home!
