The apartment is located in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used; we make each bedroom available based on guests' booking and specific requests. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. A washing machine is available in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement; it is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. My apartment is situated on the third floor of a 300-year-old heritage building. It's important to note that, there is no elevator, which is common as less than 9 percent of buildings in Copenhagen's inner city have elevators. Keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. My newly refurbished apartment features a hallway leading to the bathroom and a living room that opens to the sleeping area and kitchen. It offers a cozy (Hyggeligt) view of the city's rooftops.
