Vacation rentals with a kayak in Kattegat

A beautiful home with everything you need for a beach holiday. The location is just perfect. We fell in love with the area. It's quiet, private and the beaches are perfect. There is a hiking area close by, too. Sabine was a perfect host, very responsible, friendly. We stayed here with our 9 month old and the home is extremely baby friendly, too. We hope to be back in the summer :)

Pia was an extremely nice and warm host (who offered us the day of departure, but just to stay for the rest of the day). The days with her were super relaxed and cozy, so right on the beach. It's already special to enjoy the view over the bay from the dining table in any weather... For us - with three adults and children - there was definitely enough space in Pia's Sommerhus... even to retreat in Anneks and do the few work handles that were still necessary despite the vacation. (It certainly makes sense to think about in advance, if you are staying in the passage room to the toilet, so to speak, and who does it in a way out of the way in Anneks, but who looks much less out of the way than expected due to the complex of the property.) We will be happy to come back... and now also know how to move the sliding door between the living room and the bedroom without waking everyone up again. 😉

We spent very nice days in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The accommodation is cozy and equipped with everything you might need. For us it was also no problem that we had to bring bed linen and towels. The view of the water as well as the private beach access are unique. If you want to spend a few relaxing days without much hustle and bustle and with many beautiful beach walks, this is the place for you. We were very pleased! :)

Beautiful little house by the ocean. Everything was fresh and clean, and the communication with our host was impeccable. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

Nice old cottage. Has 1000 small things in it that one can find something relatable. Has no WiFi but games console kept kids engaged. When we entered the house it had a musty smell like old cottages. I wasn’t expecting that type of smell. We opened windows and doors until we felt it’s ventilated enough. Beach front so perfect for summers. Sandra is very helpful and quickly responded to queries such as if the house had heating and how to get that working. Although summer, weather had turned cold and rainy so needed heating. Overall great stay for the night. Comfortable beds. Big bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen.

Very idyllically located, clean and quiet accommodation, away from any stress. Check-in went smoothly and all questions that arose were answered quickly. Everything you need can be found after a 20-minute drive in Alingsas. We enjoyed it very much, thanks to Lotta and Hans!

I stayed 3 days in Mikael's beautiful house, and I can very much recommend it to anyone who is looking for tranquility, beautiful surroundings and homey comfort. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and Mikael is a great host! I do hope to be able to visit this wonderful place again!

We had an amazing vacation in Jennifer & Linus house. The place is perfect if you want nature and get really relaxed. It’s quiet and you have a lot of space for your self. It’s also perfect with kids. We will definitely come again.

As I was traveling with my bike towards Gothenburg, I was searching for a nice place next to the sea. The little cabin is just a few steps away from the beach and you can even sea the ocean out of your window. Everything was extremely clean and in a perfect condition, including the new smart TV, the bathroom and the kitchen equipment. Petra replied very fast when I asked her a question and the stay there was very relaxing. I would definitely come back! Tack for having me :)

The house feels like a tree house overlooking a beautiful lake. The location feels very private even if the house is connected to other houses. Loved the nice but simple decor. Above all, I enjoyed burning in the fireplace as it rained the day I was there. The best of all was still the hostess Sanna who responded quickly to all my questions, guided me to everything interesting and fun to experience in my surroundings, and helped me have a super cozy stay despite bad weather. Couldn't have had a better time!!

Our stay at Mario’s place was absolutely incredible—hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever been to! From the moment we arrived, Mario and his family were the most welcoming and accommodating hosts, going above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The food was out of this world—every meal was a treat, showcasing incredible flavours and local specialties. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and there was so much to do, from exploring the surroundings to just relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the place. We truly can’t thank Mario and his family enough for their warmth and hospitality. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, this is it! We’re already dreaming of coming back.

In a nutshell: great house, beautiful surroundings and a super nice host! With a boat/kayak on the doorstep, our own sauna and great excursion ideas from Petter, we had a great week in Sweden. 🇸🇪 Everything was really uncomplicated and relaxed. A lovely summerhouse located in beautiful surroundings that gets our very best recommendation. The host was extremely pleasant as well as very available, helpful, and communicative.

Our stay with Christina and Hans-Owe in Gothenburg was nothing short of idyllic. It was the perfect weekend getaway, surrounded by tranquility and nature. The accommodation was not only charming and comfortable, but also perfectly fine. Christina and Hans-Owe were great hosts: warm, friendly and always easily available for any questions or tips. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Everything was taken care of to the last detail, from the cozy interior to the practical amenities. This stay exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied. Highly recommended for those who want to have a relaxing and carefree time. Would stay here again without a doubt!

We stayed at Henrik's place for five nights. We received a lot of useful information from him in advance. Henrik always responded quickly and kindly, great communication! We would definitely come back.

We (2adults with kids 8 and 5 years old) spent one week in this cozy cottage. We had such a great time full of peace joy and happiness. If you like to enjoy the Sweden nature on its best you need to stay at this beautiful place. The included canoe and outdoor kitchen were absolutely highlights. The lake is not that much good for a fishing trip cause it seems to be empty of fish. Unfortunately. But we saw a moose in the wild instead. The self check in was simple and all the other things you need to know how to use were unmistakeable declared. Thank you both for an unforgettable week

We had a lovely stay at Inge’s lovely summerhouse. It is super charming, well equipped and fully aligned to the listing. Inger was always very responsive and helpful and made us feel right at home. Can strongly recommend for kids families as well with the nice garden, toys and little playground outside

We had a lovely Easter break at this wonderful little cottage. We enjoyed the peace and silence, the surrounding beautiful forests, and the kids enjoyed a lot collecting the fresh eggs! Welcoming hosts, very recommended!

We had wonderful 12 days in the perfectly furnished and equipped vacation home. Our teenage sons felt very comfortable in the separate guest house. The grill, terrace, garden and shared pool were among our highlights. In the perfectly equipped kitchen, we cooked a lot and there was nothing missing. The area is beautiful. We were a few times at the sea, at the nearby lake and took beautiful hikes in nature. Erik was super nice and responded very quickly to any questions. We had a wonderful weekend at this cozy cabin in the woods. We took an excursion to the nearby lake where we fished. The cottage was clean and cozy. We spent long days in front of the fire. Julia & Håkan were helpful with the questions we had during our stay.

Huge cozy and nice summerhouse. The house was clean and tidy, and it has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped by a summer house, and it's a pleasure to use.
