The old private house, Yuunagi, is an important traditional building that was built 130 years ago, and is a place where you can enjoy the original landscape of Japan. The surrounding trees and stone walls have also been designated as an Important Traditional Building Preservation District, and Kaga Higaya has a history of charcoal burning that flourished from the Meiji to Showa eras. In this area, red-tiled farmhouses remain, and along with the natural environment, they are protected as a nationally important traditional building preservation district. At the old private house, you can enjoy nature and culture in a quiet environment with a 1000 m² field, and it is available for private use for only one group per day. In the garden, you can take a nature walk, harvest vegetables, and have a campfire, and many traditional crafts such as mud walls, plaster walls, Kutaniyaki, and Yamanaka lacquerware are used. It is also well equipped with wooden toys and baby goods for children, making it suitable for families. The inn is surrounded by mountains, and you can enjoy playing in the clear river within a 5-minute walk. The surrounding Shinbo Forest has also been selected as one of the "100 Best Forests for Forest Bathing". You can enjoy the seasonal nature, and morning walks are especially recommended. It is also attractive for its good access, about an hour's drive from Kanazawa and 14 minutes from the national highway.

　We renovated part of a house in Ichijodani to be exclusively for private lodging. 　It is conveniently located for walking around Ichinotani, with nearby Asaga Kasuga Shrine, which was the Asakura family's war victory prayer place, the Asakura family ruins of Shimosakado, the Asakura family ruins museum and JR Ichinotani station, the Asakura family ruins Karamon, and the restored street. There is a firefly spot nearby, and you can also find them on the premises. 　There is also good access to major tourist destinations in Fukui Prefecture, such as the Dinosaur Museum, Ski Jam Katsuyama, Eihei-ji Temple, Tojinbo, Shibamasa, and the Sand Dome. 　There are no restaurants, supermarkets, or drug stores nearby. The convenience store is also 2.5 km away. 　There is a moss garden on the premises and a lawn that is not well maintained, but if the timing is right, you can enjoy a private cherry blossom viewing and snow play on the premises. 　Because it is a rural area, there are insects and small animals around the facility and sometimes in the room.
