There is a firefly spot nearby, and you can also find them on the premises. 　There is also good access to major tourist destinations in Fukui Prefecture, such as the Dinosaur Museum, Ski Jam Katsuyama, Eihei-ji Temple, Tojinbo, Shibamasa, and the Sand Dome. 　There are no restaurants, supermarkets, or drug stores nearby.
