The apartment is very nice, you even get your own parking space. The equipment is good, there is everything you need. In the apartment, there is also a small balcony overlooking the street. In addition, there is a shop next to the apartment, which is open 7 days a week, it can easily be reached with a 2-minute walk. From the apartment, larger cities such as Chozow or Katowice can be easily reached by car within 20-30 minutes. The communication with the host is great, the arrangements went smoothly and the accessibility was good. All in all a very good apartment and really recommended. :)

The house is the same as the photos, equipped with whatever you need to stay a couple of days or months, and above all clean. The area around is quiet, and everything you need can be reached on foot. Or there is the delivery service. Check in was super easy and the host very responsive.

Recommend as it’s next door the train station, 5 minute walk from Katowice centre and also really clean

Joanna's place is beautiful and full of character it contains everything that you may possibly need! (there is no TV but that was no issue for me). It is very cosy with nice kitchen. it is also very central and walkable to many places including the main train station, town square and Mariacka street which is bustling with life. I cannot recommend Joanna's place enough! it is perfect for a couple or a single stay. The bottle of wine and (my favourite) chocolate were a nice touch as a welcome! If you ever manage to book Joanna's place, do not think twice! you will not regret it.

Living in this house left only positive impressions. First of all, the location is perfect — everything you need is nearby: cafes, shops, public transport, yet the neighborhood is quiet and cozy. It’s an ideal spot for both leisure and business trips. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s well-equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay — from fresh linens to kitchen essentials. You can tell the hosts truly care about the guest experience and pay attention to details. What stood out the most was the friendliness and hospitality of the hosts. Communication was easy and pleasant; they were always available and ready to help if needed. It really gave the stay a warm, welcoming feeling. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in a great area. I would definitely love to come back here again!

Perfect stay at Wojciech's place, conveniently close to the train station, easy to find, good communication. Literally nothing to complain about and highly recommended for a short time (like myself for 2 nights) or even longer stay!

Loved it, good location , easy to get to the room

A wonderful apartment. One of the top places we have stayed. Lots of space, every amenity you could need. The kitchen is large, fitted with everything, the two bathrooms is a benefit, the beds are comfortable and large. The location is great. 5 min from everything and anything. Coffee shops, restaurants, gym, grocery, organic store, and tram lines... all within minutes. Quiet apartment, never heard the neighbors, music or anyone. For the price this is a great deal. Many places charge the same but you get less...a lot less. A must stay if your in Katowice for a while. Stayed 2 months and felt like home.

Perfect location in the centre of the city, right next to the shopping mall so lots of places to eat and visit. Room was clean and tidy, easy to access and not too noisy. very happy.

For me Kasia’s place is what Airbnb should be about. It’s a real place ran by a real person, who cares about your experience. It’s not an IKEA box ran by a faceless company that bought up an entire building. I enjoyed my stay in Kasia’s apartment, it’s well located and comes with a lot of local recommendations. The place is pretty big and very cosy. It comes with everything you could need and I don’t doubt that if you needed something else, Kasia would do whatever she could to help. I would return in a heartbeat!
