Vacation rentals in Kato Souli

Nous étions un groupe de 9 adultes et 1 enfant âgé de 4ans, le logement est spacieux et agréable à vivre, ayant la possibilité de s'isoler grâce aux nombreuses pièces, divers balcons, et grand jardin. Les ventilateurs a disposition dans les pièces au rez-de-chaussée était apprécié de tous, la clim au second étage dans les 4 chambres était Parfait. Les chambres sont très spacieuse et possibilité d'y ranger nos affaires dans les placards ce qui permet de ne pas laisser nos vêtements dans la valise. Deux belles grandes salle de bains, avec les articles nécessaires pour le confort de tous. Cuisine full équipés, vous pouvez préparez ce que vous voulez sans avoir une crainte de ne pas avoir cette ustensile. Il y a également deux wc au rez-de-chaussée, un plus quand le groupe est grand. Il y avait une piscine comme montré sur la photo, mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de la testé. Merci également à John un hôte excellent avec une communication au top du TOP !

The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

Just allow yourself to relax at this heavenly place of Akis. There are already a lot of good reviews, but I just had to add one, because Akis’ place is so special and Akis is the most wonderful host! Thanks a lot. Just a tip: ask Akis for directions to and from the location. The navigation can suggest a weird route trough a gravel path road :-)

This is literally the best variant of live in Greece! The house was gorgeous - had all the amenities, very comfortable inside, some days we didn't even want to leave & just stay there :) It's very quiet so nothing disrupts the vacation, there's a beautiful nature reserve nearby, and there are so many tavernas and beaches within a 10 minute drive. Back to the accommodation - really, we don't even have enough words to describe how excited we are. The one thought that can describe how pleased we are with everything is “gosh, if we ever build our own house, we want to build one just like this”. And again, Katia is the most wonderful host! Thank you so much for the guide, for recommending different places and taverns for us to visit, and for her responsiveness and help throughout our stay! I advise all future residents to listen to what she says - all the places Katie knows are tried & tested and are really good :) This was our most comfortable and best vacation ever. Un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa ! L’endroit est magnifique, spacieux et parfaitement entretenu, offrant un confort optimal. La vue est tout simplement époustouflante, et la piscine à débordement est un véritable paradis pour se détendre tout en admirant le paysage. Christiana est une hôte remarquable : toujours disponible, réactive et extrêmement attentive à chaque détail pour rendre mon séjour parfait. Le cadre calme et serein est idéal pour se ressourcer. Je recommande vivement cette villa à quiconque cherche des vacances reposantes et de qualité. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Das Haus ist traumhaft und exakt wie auf den Bildern, nur noch viel schöner. Es gibt einfach alles was man benötigt. Sogar Kaffee, Spülmaschinentabs, Müllbeutel etc. werden gestellt. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche rochen grandios und das Haus war wie neu, so als hätte noch nie jemand das Haus betreten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen! Der private Pool war ein Luxus für unsere Kinder. Zum Ende hin hatte unsere Tochter leider einen Unfall am Meer. Selbst da hat Maria geholfen und uns angeboten die Unterkunft noch länger ohne extra Bezahlung zu nutzen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Maria!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft ruhig, direkt am Strand, einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Gastgeberin Foteini war äußerst freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful time at George's place. It is a nice, comfortable and quite spacious house, very well equipped and very clean. Great location to sightsee local attractions and monuments and a few minutes' drive from the most wonderful beaches in the area. George's recommendations were perfect and his neighbors are amazing!
