Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kato Paphos

We were very happy with our stay at Costas’s house. We not able to meet him, however he gave very clear instructions of how to find and access the property. He was very responsive to queries prior to and during our stay and nothing was an issue. And Tigra was there to greet us, show us round and check in every day after, sometimes bringing friends 😻 The house is very spacious with 2 sofas in the living room under the A/C unit and various seating options outside. The outside area does get the sun for much of the day however there is an umbrella over the table and where the hot tub is has an overhead cover which gave shade. Having multiple keys to the house was very useful, as were the UK style plug sockets! We found the bedroom comfortable with plenty of storage and there were plenty of additional towels if needed. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and the downstairs WC is a bonus! We found it an easy walk to the Harbour and Lighthouse Beach was a 6 min drive away.

We had a great experience. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and the scenery is beautiful. George is a very helpful and friendly host! Looking forward to returning one day.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Stayed in this beautiful house with 4 friends. The view and pool were amazing and so was the host. The house itself was a bit hard to locate with the adress listed so be sure to follow directions to the coördinates that are provided.

We had a wonderful stay at Giorgio’s lovely villa. Giorgios himself is the best host and super friendly, he offered us alternative accommodation which was better suited for what we needed it for and also allowed us to stay later due to a very late flight time. The villa was immaculately clean and came with water in the fridge and plenty of soap and necessities to get you comfortable for your stay.

The stone house was perfect. It completely corresponded to the description. It is located in a quiet area, a few minutes by car from the center of Paphos. From the spacious terrace with sun protection you could see the sea. The decor was modern and still fit very well with the ambience of the stone house. The hot tub was clean. The contact with the landlords was very good. Before arrival, there were a few videos and descriptions for the vacation home and the location. There was also a documentation with tips and recommendations in the area. On request, the landlords reacted uninhibitedly and were therefore always available. This is how AirBnB is fun. We had a great time in Cyprus and will definitely come back in the future.

A very nice host, responds quickly to messages. Every room in the house was air conditioned. The area around the house is very well-maintained and clean. Pool cleaned regularly. Peaceful all around. You can have a fantastic rest. I recommend.

Really nice villa with lots of space and great amenities. Views of the sea and close enough to shops, bars, beaches. Only negative was that the pool table was uneven and there were no table tennis balls. We fixed the table and bought balls from the shop, but would have preferred to avoid the hassle. All in all 9/10 👍

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location, very quiet only some animals in the distance. Extremely good communication with the hosts, very professional and we always received replies super fast, even in the evening and on weekends! The place is a bit high up on a "mountain" so it was a bit colder than down at the cost when we where there in March/April, just be aware of that. Heating up the jacuzzi is totally worth it and overall great experience!

An amazing house with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen utensils, outdoor kitchen, beautiful quality bedding, lots of towels and toiletries, there is nothing missing. Great selection of toys and books for all ages. We travelled with two toddlers and a baby and everything was available before we arrived, including all equipment needed and lots of fresh fruit, bread, milk etc. The kids loved the heated swimming pool. The house is spotless and very well maintained. A fantastic villa made only better by the fabulous host, Cristina. Cristina could not have been more helpful for anything we needed, she was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Cristina made excellent recommendations for restaurants and advised of local sights and things to do. A car is needed but the villa views and surrounding area are beautiful and it is perfect for relaxation. I would really highly recommend Cristina’s place and I hope to stay again!

The pictures when we booked really don’t do David’s place justice. It’s a wonderful home located on a hill top with great views looking over Coral Bay. As a holiday home, it has lots of board games, kitchen very well equipped. Air con is throughout but on 2 hour timers, so at night will switch off which is a tad annoying especially when asleep. Outdoor area is great which is where most of our time was spent, and a real touch with the hot tub too. Hire car is a must if you want to get about but walking to local town possible, but be prepared for a steep walk back up or taxi. Highly recommend David’s home, great time had with lots of memories made.

The villa was just perfect for our big family vacation (18 people, incl 6 kids). Large spaces, beautiful, peaceful surrounding, walking distance hidden beach etc. Can just recommend!
