Stella’s place is a lovely, spacious holiday apartment in a really brilliant location. Only 5 minutes walk to the strip with restaurants and shops, an easy 10 minute walk to a big supermarket, and literally across the road to a lovely beach. There is also a fantastic pool at the property. Stella couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, and is a very generous and warm host. We were a bit worried about the distance from Paphos centre, but the bus service is excellent and reasonably priced. We booked on a couple of day trips, and were picked up very close to Stella’s house.

Natalie was extremely helpful, and was able to answer all questions we had. her English was great and we felt comfortable. even when we were unsure of weather, public transport she was able to answer us and make us feel comfortable. location is great if you have a car and there is free parking

I stayed for 3 weeks, combining work and vacation, and this has been one of the best experiences in terms of price-to-performance ratio. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning — a daily highlight. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, from furniture to kitchen essentials. But the real gem is the host — a truly kind and wise person. If you get the chance to meet him, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommended, 100%!

Very comfortable stay, great to have access to a kitchen, as well as the option for breakfast buffet and pool access at Droushia Heights right beside the apartments. Only 15 minutes to Latchi, it made it so that my short stay contained both mountain and beach beauty all together. Would recommend!

This is the best Airbnb in Cyprus I ever been to magnificent view. Spotless place. Got everything you need. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended. I give it 5 stars. Thank you very much for hosting me. Had excellent time.

Great stay, spotlessly clean everywhere, lovely terrace, very nice pool area, very easy to communicate with host, had a lovely 3 night break. We didn't have a car and but definitely can manage without for a short stay - buses aren't great in the area but harbour and kings shopping mall are both 20-25 minute walk. Also you can rent bikes from the reception (just 10 euro for 24 hours) and that was a great way to get down to the sea and cycle along the broadwalk.

Very friendly host, great location and facilities. Only thing is bring your own internet as it connects ok on phone but for tv, will need a hotspot :) other than that perfect place and great restaurants nearby

I had a really lovely 9 nights stay at Cath & Ste's apartment in Peyia Paradise. It was comfortable and so very well equipped. Loads of crockery, utensils and some handy condiments etc. The terrace has sun from morning to evening and it's a fabulous size. Views from it are great, including some stunning sunsets. There's a table with 4 chairs, umbrella for shade if needed, a lounger and some nice lightweight sunbeds which are easy to take to the pool and back. There's even a bbq too. Cath & Ste were very responsive to any questions I had, also going out of their way to message me to let me know when the internet in the area went down for a while one morning. I definitely recommend having a car for your stay here. I'd have been a bit stuck without my rental! A really great apartment with equally great hosts. Thank you ! 😊

This is a very homely place, quiet, peaceful and perfect as a base for us. I have stayed in Mandria many times as a regular Spring visitor and really enjoyed the double balcony on this place giving sunshine both early and late. Lots of little extras like oil, vinegar, salt pepper, sugar and coffee. Also UK TV and good Wi-Fi. I would be happy to return. In my opinion a car is needed to get the most from your stay.

great place and great hostess, very helpful, gave us lots of advice. if you rent a car, the parking is in a gated community so you don't have to worry about damages

Very nice experience in this comfortable space, true to the photos and perfectly maintained. The neighborhood is peaceful, while being close to amenities. What really made the difference was the host's invaluable help as soon as we arrived: he accompanied us to find a rental car, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay and explore Cyprus in complete freedom. Thank you so much for your availability and kindness. I would recommend it in a second!

Just right for my purposes - close to the village amenities, hired a car for getting out and about, communal pool and bbq area was spotless , comfortable apartment with great verandah for morning coffee, great value for money . Will stay again.

We had a great stay! The apartment was wonderful, very clean, well equipped, air con was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool and the great location. The host was very warm, nice and easy to communicate. The best value to our money. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is in a quiet location and is a good base to explore the surrounding area - I'd say a car is essential. Everything required for a home-from-home break is available, though a cafetiere or similar would be a personal preference to kickstart the day - but that's just me! Guide booklet provides details of local amenities for those unfamiliar with the area. The owners are excellent communicators, even providing pre-visit videos of the exact location and a few other essentials.

Spent 65 days at Tracy’s home and loved every minute. Location was good - close enough to join in or just relax around the pool. The flat had everything we needed and the view of the sea from the flat was amazing. Tracy left a lot of local information for us which was very useful. The bus service is outstanding. John and Tamara the caretakers of the complex were always on hand to help and were a wealth of local knowledge and suggestions of places to visit. . A car is useful for exploring. Would highly recommend a visit to this bit of paradise.

We had a very nice stay at this appartment. The location is great, quiet and close to the beach (10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive), the garden was amazing, especially for the kids and overall, we felt very comfortable during the whole stay. Thank you!

I booked this apartment for my parents as the original place we booked was nothing like the advert. Natalia was fantastic. It was great to know they were in safe hands. She was very responsive. The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything they could need. They especially enjoyed the large balcony and how close they were to everything! Great, comfortable and homely flat, with a superb balcony. Claire was very responsive and attentive to any issues and very kind with the check out time. Only thing is bathroom/shower is a bit outdated but everything else was 10/10 and good VFM. Would recommend

I was very happy to find these apartments. It is inexpensive, everything is very convenient and there is parking for the car. And very comfortable communication with Alin the owner. Which is very important for a tired traveler 24/7. Five out of five stars!
