Fijn appartement, schoon en verzorgd. De communicatie met Paul en Julie verliep heel goed. Ze reageren bijna onmiddellijk op vragen. Er ontbraken wat elementaire dingen in de keuken. ze hebben aangegeven dit in orde te maken voor de volgende gasten en ik geloof ze daarin. Tijdens ons verblijf bleek er geen wasrek voor natte handdoeken en zwemkleding aanwezig. Binnen een uur kwamen ze dit bij ons brengen Hele goede service!

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved the apartment. Great facilities and proactive hosts. Perfect location and very peaceful at all times. 100% will recommend to anyone looking to stay in Paphos.

Relaxing and quiet. Apartment was just what we needed.

Location: Brilliant location, tucked away, very peaceful and quiet but not to far from local restaurants or bars, 4minute walk, harbour 15minute walk. 2 nice pools on site and snack bars, Very good for family's and couples. Apartment: Exceptionally clean, very spacious and well maintained. Has everything you need in it if you want to eat in. Has a lovely big private terrace surrounded by gardens and plants making it feel private. Has the sun most the day aswell as shade. Air con is very good. bed is spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Clean Linen Provided. Host: Paris was super attentive, booked and organised our cab to and from the airport. He messaged us 4 -5 over our 2 week stay to see if we needed anything. Whilst we was there the hairdryer stopped working, I messaged paris about this and he dropped a new one off within an hour or two. Very Genuine nice bloke, who looks after his property and makes it very clean tidy and presentable for guests.

This was our second stay here and it won’t be our last, there is lots to do, scenic walks, the bus service is excellent. Even in January it was hot enough for sunbathing. The apartment has all you need for a great stay. The WiFi is fast, the tv is a smart tv so you can get YouTube , Netflix etc. the local supermarkets:- poplife and papantionios are walking distance. Lyndsey is a caring host.

Great place! The apartment was spacious and clean. All the extra services/facilities (breakfast included, gym, pool, spa etc.) make the stay even better. It's close to a Lidl and a bus stop, plus it's a nice walkable distance to the mall or the harbour. No complaints, would stay again.

We had a lovely holiday in this apartment. You have everything that you need for a good stay. Nearchos was very responsive and helpful . If you like Spa treatments, I highly recommend them, I had 2 treatments ( facial and full body massage Kleopatra) and they were the best treatments, that I’ve ever had before. Helen (the massager) had a very positive energy and was lovely to speak to. The massages were amazing.

The place was really nice and the location was right in the center of the city! Margarita is an amazing host and the communiction between us was great! I definetly recommend the place if you ever visit paphos!

Vi är otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse! Jättefin lägenhet och komplexet var helt amazing! Nära till stan och restauranger. Värdarna var snabba och lätta i kontakten. Mkt smidig incheckning. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Très bon séjour. Logement propre. Instructions facile pour l’arrivée ainsi que le départ. Endroit calme et reposant. Seul petit point négatif la salle de bain, robinet qui fuit et porte de douche qui se ferme mal. Hôte très réactif et a l’écoute dès que l’ont a besoin ! Je recommande 🙂

Andy bardzo pomocny. Mieszkanie jest w super lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o śniadania i atrakcje dla dzieci. Dwa baseny pod oknem robią robotę, cisza spokój na osiedlu. Klimatyzacja ratuje w tym cudownym upale. Piękna okolica. W mieszkaniu bardzo dużo miejsca, każdy czuł się swobodnie. Polecamy!

A lovely apartment, well equipped and clean. Huge balcony overlooking pool. A very quick response (less than 10 mins) when we locked ourselves out of the bathroom! Quickly sorted! A nice quiet are of Payia, witching walking distance of town centre and bars/tavernas. 10 mins drive to Coral Bay and its beaches/amenities. We would certainly recommend this place to any couple wanting to stop in this area.

Nice appartment, clean... has everything you need for a short stay. There is also a shared swimming pool, which was never too busy. It is located in a very nice and not busy area. A car is needed. There are many shops, pharmacies available. Beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away (with a car). Philippos supermarket has everything one needs, from souvenirs to delicious local food. The location of the appartment is great to explore this part of the island (Peyia sea caves, Paphos, Coral bay, Akamas).

Great location and clean flat with a cute balcony. Perfect for our purposes and handily situated opposite a supermarket. Cute details around the flat. We liked the coffee machine although we only got 4 capsules between 3 people for 3 nights and not enough toilet paper for 3 people for 3 nights. Communication was good and check in/out was easy

Gospodarz rewelacyjny . Na miejscu byliśmy o godz 1 w nocy . Andros przywitał nas osobiście i na powitanie była w lodowce kolacja i piwa. Dom posiada wszystkie udogodnienia żeby gotować , prać i czuć się jak w domu .Niestety czystość była nie najlepsza.

Honestly the best airbnb stay ever. Fantastic home. Quiet and private and host super quick to respond. There wasnt anything that we needed that the place didnt have. Ample amount of towels which always seems to be an issue. Had the best time!

We had a great 11 night stay at Matthew’s place. The house had everything we needed and was a great base to explore the town and beaches. The pool and complex are really well maintained, quiet and lovely to use. House was lovely and beds were comfy, great sleep. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Polis!

The most stunning villa, we enjoyed everything here, the views the peace the sunsets. Our host was Caring and kind. We will defiantly be back. Truely magical

Everything was amazing :) very clean and pretty flat, great communication from the host. maybe the only thing that could be added is a bottle of cooking oil for the common use, but apart from that everything was there (salt, pepper, good cooking pans, towels, tea)

The Villa exceeded our expectations in every way, from the cleanliness on arrival, immediate response to minor queries raised during our stay, to the flexibility on timings provided when we left at the end of our stay. We can wait to come back another time!

Great location, just ten steps from the beautiful beach, very clean and convenient villa, very well equipped, must have a car if traveling around is on plans. Great great experience, loved every moment.
