Vacation rentals in Kato Assos

We had a great time at Aristo’s. House was lovely and everything was as described. We really enjoyed the fireplace which gave the house such a cozy vibe. Nice and private and peaceful. Host was very responsive and friendly. We only regret not using the hot tub!!

What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

This is a really beautiful old stable that's a stone's throw from the beach and walkable into town for restaurants and shops. We hung out in the garden loads, surrounded by the orange groves. It was a little noisy at times with the farming and we had to be quiet once the kids had gone to bed, but we had a great time and the kids loved it too.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious, sunny, clean and comfortable. It is thoughtfully decorated and there is everything you need to feel right at home. The location is great, right across the park / square, a view of the ocean, and right in the centre so you can walk to all of the great restaurants and shops. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

We have enjoyed the stay very much. Than place is gorgeous! The Villa has a remarkable outdoor space, a lot of space and a lot of things to do.

Our stay was just as I had wished for. Very nice and very clean penthouse. Close to the sea and right in the city. The SPA, which is why we arrived, was half an hour on foot. Communication was very good and very quick. If I travel to Loutraki again, I will definitely see if I can book this penthouse again,

Picturesque property with a very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. A beautiful, remote location with multiple options to swim and hike, Extremely quiet during low season (with so many cats and kittens in the area in need of food and affection!), and a car is required to reach local restaurants and amenities. Wonderful spot, would recommend!

The loft is amazing! We spend four weeks in Kiveri and used some of the time for workation. So for anyone who is interested in working from there: the wifi works very well and the apartment is perfectly equipped for it. Other than that the view is even more breathtaking than in the photos. You can explore the entire area of Peloponnes from there. Christos and his lovely mother are so kind and welcoming. You will enjoy their company very much! Thanks a lot for this wonderful time. :)
