The house is very confortable, with a lovely garden and a patio to enjoy the breakfast surrounded by trees and flowers. It is just few minutes walking from Karistos in a beautiful and peaceful area. It feels like home, so cleaned and well equipped. Plus: dogs friendly, our Pedro had very good time in the garden! Thank you Angeliki for the beautiful stay!
A comfortable gray sofa adorned with decorative cushions is positioned beside expansive glass doors that reveal stunning sea views. A minimalist coffee table rests in front, featuring a plate of grapes and a wooden tray, enhancing the serene indoor atmosphere.

Emeraude villa

We enjoyed a very relaxing week at this beautiful property. There are wonderful views from every window and the property feels very private and a real retreat. The owner has furnished the house simply and stylishly to complement the surroundings and we found the rooms very comfortable - a real home from home! The property has a fabulous pool and the option to walk down to two little beaches right next to the house for a dip in the sea. Although the spot is quite breezy, this would be delightfully cooling in the Greek Summer heat. The house was also great base for exploring southern Evia - Karystos is a short 10/15 min drive and we explored Ochi, the Dimosari gorge and lots (and lots) of secluded beaches as well as spending some days relaxing at the house as it was too nice to leave! Thanks for a great stay. ☀️🇬🇷⛰️🌊🏞️

NINETA'S VIEW HOUSE

PaoloRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Very nice house, very clean, very tidy, perfectly equipped. Very large terrace with magnificent views, perfect for breakfasts and dinners. Very nice and responsive host. A vehicle is needed to reach Karystos, beaches (many and beautiful), restaurants (good ones recommended by Eugenia) etc. The only flaw was the lack, in the smaller double bedroom, of a mosquito net and an air conditioner (probably not necessary in the past, but now, with current climate changes, almost indispensable). But for everything else, the week of our stay was very, very pleasant.
A tranquil courtyard is presented, featuring a stone floor shaded by climbing bougainvillea. Two green chairs and a small table are situated under a canopy of vibrant flowers. A wall provides privacy, while a door leads to the adjacent bathroom.

"Karystos Secret Yard"

Pleasant and well equipped studio in the centre of Karystos. It is in a small side street and rather quiet. A few minutes walking to restaurants and supermarkets, five to ten minutes to the beach. Vassilis is a friendly and welcoming host. I enjoyed my stay.

Dream villa with pool & breathtaking sea views

JamieRating, 5 stars11 months ago
What a great holiday! Sabine was so friendly and helpful with all of her clear instructions and communication. The house was super clean and new. The air conditioning was so fast and got the house nice and cool after spending long hot days on the beach! This air B&b requires having a car. To get to the beach it is a short drive but walking back up the hill to the house would be challenging. The town is low key and not much is open during the day, the town wakes up after 8pm. We really enjoyed our relaxing, low key vacation here and highly recommend it!

Sea-View Old Stone Suite (Kotseli) – Sunset & Pool

CatherineRating, 5 stars11 months ago
My children and I had a really wonderful week at Lyam's beautiful accommodation. It is not often that somewhere not only meets, but exceeds, your expectations. My son summed it up when he said 'this is the most beautiful place that you have ever taken us'! The views were stunning, super relaxed and everything that you need. Jason the property manager was brilliant, endlessly helpful, kind and gave great recommendations on beaches and restaurants. A beautiful place on a wonderful island - thank you so much Lyam!

Vigla Stone House

MatanRating, 5 stars17 months ago
we had a great - albeit too short - winter stay in this beautiful villa! The place was perfect for us - peaceful, relaxed, convenient. Panos and Linda are simply wonderful and welcoming hosts. Even though we came for barely 24 hours, they shared with us delicious homemade bread and wonderful soup - which was exactly what we needed on that chilly day. Thank you for your generosity and openness! We will come again! Noa and Matan
