Vacation rentals with a patio in Katerini

Thessaloniki is an amazing city. Among its many assets in the waterfront where everyone is having fun in the evening. This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

The apartament was very clean and well organised. It’s situated in a lovely area, just across the road it’s a lovely bakery for fresh bread and good coffee also lots of other good places just walking distance. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We will definitely come back. Thank you Dimitris

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

The location was amazing! The view of the water and being in the heart of many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions was amazing. You can see Mount Olympus from the airbnb… so amazing! Check in/check out were easy and the host communicated quickly when we had questions!

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

We booked last minute for a quick getaway. Manos was very responsive and made us feel right at home. He even added Christmas decorations and we felt so cozy! Quick walk to the centre of the village so great to pop out and come back with the family. Parking nearby and quick access to the surrounding areas. We'll definitely be back on next trip up north

Excellent accommodation choice. Clean, easily accessible space. It had everything we needed, which was also in the listed amenities. Comfort for sleeping, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully and tastefully decorated space. With Katerina, we had excellent communication for whatever we needed. It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is situated in a building with a parking sport and a yard. Inside the apartment everything was wonderful - clean spacious, with lovely small details. Nikoletta has prepared some complimentary snacks and drinks for us, which was really great. To reach the beach a car is needed and same is to get to a restaurant. But there's a local market, a bakery and a pharmacy in 5mins walking distance from the apartment. Overall it was a lovely stay!
