Monthly Rentals in Kaštel Novi

The villa, the pool, the location and everything provided was totally perfect. Set away from the busy tourism areas but close enough to easily get to Split, Krka national park, Trogir and the many amazing beaches. We had an absolutely brilliant time, thank you Ivana.

Unfortunately, we only spent 2 days in the apartment as we had taken it as a bridge. We couldn't have made a better decision. The apartment is in a super nice location, offers more than enough accessories in the kitchen. The other rooms are also very comfortably furnished, you immediately feel comfortable. The pool in the garden blew us away. The garden is also very clean and decorated with a lot of love and also equipped. Eugen's homegrown fruit and vegetables can also be found. The place is very clean and offers the possibilities for washing. The contact with Ana was impeccable, you could tell that it is important to her that the guests feel comfortable and are doing well. We would definitely recommend the apartment! The only criticism would be the mosquitoes, but there is also enough material provided to get this under control. We thank you for the 2 days, as well as the good communication with Ana.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Mirela's place. It is a very lovely studio apartment and it has everything for a comfy stay. The location is also good: 15min to the nearest beach and 10min walk to the bus station from which it is so easy to get to Split or to Trogir. I love Kastela because there is a nice promenade along the sea with lots of cafes, restaurants and beaches. Mirela is the best and friendliest host:) She treated me with lots of tasty food and local home olive oil:) It was such a pleasure to be her guest:) I am very happy that I chose this place. Strongly recommended!

We had a wonderful month-long stay at Jelena's place. We appreciated that Jalena was proactive in checking with us weekly during our long stay. The place was comfortable and in a great location with markets close by, good working laundry (washer), great places to embrace the Croatian coffee culture, and good restaurants on the waterfront. Water heater worked well, lots of towels and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. And there is really good WiFi throughout the house. Location was terrific!! close to the water, markets, and bus station.
