My stay at Mountain and Peace was exactly what the name promises—pure peace in the mountains! Tucked away from the crowded parts of Shimla, this place offers stunning views, clean air, and a calming atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property was well-maintained, the room was clean and spacious, and all amenities were in place. What I really appreciated was the hospitality-the hosts were warm, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping tea with a panoramic view of the hills was a highlight of the trip. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a serene and scenic stay in Shimla, away from the chaos but still well-connected.

Promila Ji hosted us at Jhakoo Tiny House for 3 nights, and booking this place was the best decision we made on our Shimla trip. As two women traveling together, we felt completely safe and at home. The 3BHK attic house is quaint, clean, and cozy, with the cutest balconies and a stunning valley view. It’s just a short walk from Mall Road but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful—like stepping into a fairy tale. The house is well-equipped with modern amenities and charming decor. Be ready for a cardio boost—it’s 3 flights up! Rakesh Ji, the housekeeper who lives just below, was incredibly helpful and kind—whether it was helping with parking or making a hot cup of tea, he ensured we were comfortable at all times. Promila Ji is a warm, gracious host who was always available, even before check-in, helping us with local tips. She made us feel safe, welcome, and cared for. Highly recommend this place—and if stairs are a concern, try Jhakoo Nest, her first-floor property!

We had a great stay at Deepak’s place in shimla. The property is well-built with peaceful surroundings. Deepak as host is extremely welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. He guided us all through the way before check-in, provided suggestions on places to visit in and around shimla and also provided good home-cooked food. He is very nice host and made our stay a memorable one. Property is clean and spacious for 4 people with nice view of the valley as well. Also, there is sitting area at the terrace. There is parking space as well.

The house is taken care and managed by Sandeep bhaiya, who is available for our groceries and little requirements, throughout. The stay was really pleasant. A fully functional bnb with the best view. The house was close to the mall road yet away from the hustle bustle. If one wants to spend some peaceful time with friends or family, this is the place to be. Anjali is an amazing host and helps you with everything that's important. The house caretaker Bishamberji was really helpful. It was an excellent experience.

Serene is aptly named, offering a peaceful retreat with ample space for larger groups. The outdoor bonfire area was a favorite, where we shared stories under the stars. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was attentive to our needs. Ideal for family gatherings or group getaways.

We all felt like second home instantly as we moved in. My daughter rushed to check every other room and was thanking me to book such a beautiful place. She could find lot of stuffs to play like Uno, Chess, Cards, Monopoly. My wife and spent great time together in the big balcony. Thanks Naman for hosting us with full support.

It was a great stay at Mohit's place. Everything matched the photos provided on BnB. It was a clean and peaceful place. There is also a Domino's and other amenities nearby. You can stay with your family or friends ,it will be worth it

It was a great stay for me and my family. Plenty of blankets to keep warm during the extreme cold. Ajeet was extremely helpful. Food was as great as well. Overall enjoyed the stay and beautiful views from the house.

Property is in great location with beautiful view around. All amenities are working absolutely fine. Car parking is covered with dedicated slot. Few recommendations like. 1. Arrange your basic daily needs stuff to on time like milk, bread etc. as the shops are open after 9:00 am and close 8:30 pm onwards. 2. There is manual washing machine available but detergent powder have to be carried by self. 3. Inside bathroom all basic stuffs are available except only shampoo. 4. Inside kitchen, only salt, sugar and Tea is available rest guest have to arrange by their own. However, it is well functioning kitchen with all modern equipment.

One of the best places I have stayed. Nice and clean apartment with options to play indoor games. Loved the food cooked by the staff. Host and staff were very responsive. I would love to stay here again.

The place was awesome and sufficient for 5 adults. The room was designed nicely and equipped with everything. Host Raj was very responsive and his instructions to reach the location was very useful. While this place is little interior from actual Shimla city, but it's worth, specially if you have big cars. While we stayed for 1 night, I will recommend for more days. Thank you Raj for the wonderful stay.

The place was beautiful, the view was absolutely amazing. The whole place was maintained really well. Very Clean and had a functional Kitchen. note for the future guests- The place is on the top floor, since there is no lift, you have to be prepared to climb 2 flight of stairs with luggage.

Really nicely furnished apartment. This was a family getaway and all of us enjoyed the break. The host Husan was very responsive and coordinated with us throughout our stay. There is a caretaker who stays in the same building and can cook food there with an additional payment. The apartment itself was quite clean, and Husan also ensured any minor hiccups were quickly addressed. There is spacious parking inside the building itself. Happy to have opted for this property, and would love to visit again.
