Chaman Singh gave us a warm welcome and was always available to help—24/7—even at 1 AM and early in the morning at 5 AM! The whole experience from enter to exit was really amazing. We stayed in villa 20C for one night. The care taker Mr. Prem was very hospitable and took great care. Mr. Maqbool the manager was very warm , explained all about the property and made our check in and check out super smooth. The views are amazing. Property has a beautiful club house, coffe place, wood fired pizza, amazing in house food, pool, tt, kids room and what not. Highly recommended and great for family or friends. Five stars well deserved.

Anil Uncle took care of all our needs with incredible kindness—he is truly the sweetest person and became one with our family. Their warmth, generosity and attention to detail made every moment of our stay memorable. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway, and it’s also incredibly pet-friendly. We brought our dog, and he was the happiest pup on earth, running around and enjoying every moment. I visited with my parents to show them slow travel. They loved the experience. Definitely recommend to anyone who just wants to relax amid nature with no desire to do touristy sightseeing stuff. Kitchenware is complete. I suggest buy your own veggies/dairy/masala/grain etc and cook. No shops nearby. Bring them from Shogi main market (7 kms away). Local buses run every 2 hours. Also, they might arrange things for you as well (they were helpful to us!). Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful walk paths nearby, surrounded by birds. Reached the location without hitch due to the clear instructions and communication. The hosts were very hospitable and actually took us for a forest trail walk. Met some lovely people at the resort. Lovely fruit trees around the house. The rooms were clean and the dining area and balcony provided the perfect hangout place. We mainly ate at the nearby restaurants which were quite good. About 5 minutes walk from the resort are some stunning valley views.

It was a great stay. Host was really helping in nature and listened to queries we had and during our whole stay we were relaxed and worry free. Thanks Shailee ji for helping us on the day of arrival we really appreciate it, as it was hard getting any transport due to weather condition on the day we arrived.

The place is an absolute gem, a perfect blend of customer service ,hospitality and facility management.The views, the care takers and the cooks were great to interact with and the hosts made sure that everything was perfect .The views from the place were an absolute bliss along with the amenities and the insides of the house which were perfectly aligned with the idea of a perfect stay. Would carry the pictograhic memory of the same for very long.Staying at the Melville Villa was full of pleasant surprises.

This is an amazing property. We felt right at home . The host and the caretaker were really responsive. The place had all the basic amenities and it was super clean.

Our stay at Dahlia cottage was immersed in nature and we enjoyed it. Neena aunty was always available and responsive. It was a quiet stay and the place is just as in pictures. We got a safe parking area for the car and then user short cuts to move within kasauli.

Vipin's place is 5km away from Mall road, but you'll get a chance to feel the real vibes of shimla. The place was easily accessible by public transport . We had a great time with his family, we loved the hospitality provided by Ruchi. In a reasonable price it's a homelike experience to stay there.

Spacious and well maintained property. thank you. we stayed for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. we spent most time on the open balcony on the first floor. lot of space and well thought touches for guest comfort everywhere. 10 min ride to main kasauli. nice location, ideal for a family, would love to come again.
