Kichu's place is a lovely home by the Mandrem beach. It is the first house by the beach and hence the beach is super accessible. The house is beautiful and has the perfect Goa vibe. It has been kept very well and the aesthetics were beautiful! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would visit again!

Probably the most peaceful location of otherwise crowded North Goa. Hassle less check in, spectacular property, secluded and serene environment. Has a short trek for sunset views right behind the property. Revisit for sure the next time I'm in Goa.

A Delightful Overnight at Aaicho Wado, Pernem What a lucky find this was! I only wish I had booked it for a few more days. Aaicho Wado, a traditional Goan wado beautifully restored by Ranjita, is truly a serene haven. Her curation reflects a refined aesthetic sensibility—something an art aficionado like me truly appreciated. Every corner of the house is adorned with thoughtfully chosen artefacts that give the space a soul. The villa is airy, spacious, and filled with light. A highlight for me was the tranquil prayer room that lends a calm, almost spiritual energy to the whole place. Lalitji, the caretaker, was kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The early morning stillness here has etched itself into my core memories. My parents and teenage son loved the stay just as much—it’s rare to please three generations at once! Pratit's place is overwhelming in its beauty and serenity - words fail me when I try to describe how absolutely breathtaking the experience was. The rooms are well equipped, with a private bathroomworh high pressure shower for each room. Each room has a separate entrance, the upper floor has a common outdoor area, perfect to enjoy the view. The lower floor has a functional kitchen which you barely need to use as the team or Subramanium and Sudha take care of your every need without you needing to lift a finger. Don't go here if you are looking for digital entertainment or loud music/television. it's the spot to read, to watch birds (flocks of them, my binoculars were well used), to take calm walks and to watch the fish jump. For a lakeside location, the rooms are also well maintained, with minimum invasion of insects or moths. We really could not expect better. A special mention for dog lovers - your dog couldn't be happier and the people could not be friendlier to your pet.

really nice apartment and super kind hosts. we had a great view from our balcony over a temple and close to some good restaurants and beach. good value and clean. hopefully one day I'll be back
