The kitchen area is shared with Hotos.The rest of the property is for your exclusive use, and you can enjoy your time as freely as if you were renting the entire property. A spacious 230 ㎡ space can accommodate up to 8 people.Perfect for family or group trips.There is also good access to popular cherry blossom viewing spots, such as Mt. Mt. Yoshino, and to the World Heritage Site, Konpōzanji Temple. We have made sure you have a comfortable stay while keeping the historic beams and tiled roof.The tranquility of the mountains, the soft light that lights up at night.Here, you can forget about your daily routine. We recommend coming by car because of the natural environment. (If you are coming by train, we can arrange a pick-up and drop-off service to the nearest station if you wish.) This one-of-a-kind home has its own unique style. Newly built and opened in October 2023, and the host lives in the management room on the first floor, but you can use it almost as if you rent the whole building. The entire 2nd floor is private.In addition to the spacious LDK centered on the Graphtec island kitchen, the sky terrace, the most distinctive space in the villa, has an outdoor sofa, sauna (available 6 pm - 10 pm), jacuzzi, and a 100-inch projector for movies and more.In addition, a full-fledged BBQ grill from Canada's Broil King (now Weber) is installed, so you can enjoy a barbecue at any time, and you can also enjoy it with a glamping feeling.(It is suitable for the BBQ grill to provide thick cut steak instead of meat for so-called yakiniku.) Built in the early Showa era and long used as a tea ceremony classroom, the townhouse has been reborn as a private rental inn, "Kyomachiya Cottage karigane". It is a 1-minute walk to the hot springs and Daikokuji Temple, which has deep ties to tea. Shino, with its unique cafes, coffee roasters, delicious Japanese confectionery stores, bakeries, and soba shops. Please use the carefully restored Kyomachiya as your base for sightseeing in northern Kyoto, where time flows slowly, with a focus on natural materials and traditional craftsmanship by Miyadai Koge and Saigo craftsmen.

A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!
