Our "Lemonhouse" is in Agios Dimitrios, 50 km south of Kalamata on the west coast of Mani, directly on the sea. The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. Two floors apartment, with balconies with amazing view to the laconic bay and the Kranai island. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed on the top floor and a bedroom with two single beds on the lower floor. On the top floor there is also a w.c. a leaving room and a large balcony with a spectacular view. On the lower floor there is a fully equipped kitchen the other bedroom, another w.c. and another balcony. Both bedrooms and leaving room are air conditioned.

It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση.
