Our "Lemonhouse" is in Agios Dimitrios, 50 km south of Kalamata on the west coast of Mani, directly on the sea. The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed
