The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

The house we stayed in was very nice, the building is new spacious and spacious. The interior architecture was very nice , with panoramic windows, lots of room, even better, lots of toilet bathrooms. Comfortable living room, big table enough for everyone, everything you could need in a house, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, various kinds of appliances , pots, plates, forks, cups, bowls - they were all available and new. There were even a lot of books for the kids, even board games for evening enjoyment. Let's get to the most important point, it has magnificent views due to the location of the house, you can watch both the embedded mountain in the greenery and the huge Sapanca lake. It has a very large heated pool. The water is nice, it's very enjoyable, both children and adults enjoyed it very much, they didn't want to leave. The most not expected is the table tennis room, we missed playing. The host, Mr. Hakan, is a friendly and helpful gentleman. She answered our questions in a very polite and detailed way.

We found the house smoothly as a result of a nice location sharing. We received the house as a problem. The house was clean and convenient. We stayed with 2 families without any problems. The pool was warm and convenient. It was warm in the house. The winter garden was useful. The fire pit was very pleasant in the evenings. Our host was getting the wood ready every morning. The house was so much more beautiful than it looked in the pictures and really everything in the house was spotless. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. The house was preheated because we had a small baby with us. The temperature in the house was quite good because there was underfloor heating. The pool was also cool, but it was convenient, with a temperature of 32 degrees. We stayed very comfortably with a baby of 8 people. In short, we received a service that we would want to go again. We left the house where we stayed for two nights and 2 families today. It felt like home. The location was easy to find. The house was big and very beautiful Yes, the house and the items were old, but not in a way that prevented our lives. Although the pool feels cold at first, you don't want to leave when you enter it. The pool was also nice to enjoy, I loved the somina. If you have one, you can take 3 5 large bags of wood or they bring wood for 400 TL. The interior of the house was warm, but I recommend that you take something like a fleece on your house slippers.(There is a breeze from the large glass sides of the house). We did not have any problems with the kitchen utensils. There was no cutting board, there was no second pot, we didn't mind this, I'm sure they would have solved our problem right away.
