The house we stayed in was very nice, the building is new spacious and spacious. The interior architecture was very nice , with panoramic windows, lots of room, even better, lots of toilet bathrooms. Comfortable living room, big table enough for everyone, everything you could need in a house, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, various kinds of appliances , pots, plates, forks, cups, bowls - they were all available and new. There were even a lot of books for the kids, even board games for evening enjoyment. Let's get to the most important point, it has magnificent views due to the location of the house, you can watch both the embedded mountain in the greenery and the huge Sapanca lake. It has a very large heated pool. The water is nice, it's very enjoyable, both children and adults enjoyed it very much, they didn't want to leave. The most not expected is the table tennis room, we missed playing. The host, Mr. Hakan, is a friendly and helpful gentleman. She answered our questions in a very polite and detailed way.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. Ms. Ayşe welcomed us with her beauty and sincerity. Thanks to the location information, we found the house comfortably. Their kitten was very sweet. Thanks to them, we didn't encounter any snakes, bugs, or anything else. They officially took our stress, and it was an opportunity for my son Anil. Everything was thought out and spotless in the house. Even though it's a calm and relaxing home, you don't compromise on your comfort! Kitchen utensils were thought out to the dishwasher detergent. We have stayed in different houses before, but I can say that we have not stayed in such a tidy and clean place. The house had everything we could need, up to the information notes. The only thing missing is that we couldn't find a hanger to hang our coats. The garden, barbecue, patio, our enjoyment was nice, and the house was always warm. We would love to come back. There is also a parking area with a barrier where you can safely park your car! We woke up with the sounds of birds and the fragrances of flowers, we slept in the fresh air in the comfortable beds! We didn't want to heat it because we didn't want to use the pool.

The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

Ataberk’s Bey’s family was so lovely and attentive to our requests and we really enjoyed staying at their home. We traveled with our pups who loved the backyard.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful house and the amazing host. The house was just as represented. Clean, comfortable and large rooms. The backyard was huge. A great place for kids and adults to roam and bike. The pool was immaculate. Cleaned often and perfect for the whole family. The kitty pool was great for the little ones who couldn’t swim and allowed the rest of us to be near them but also enjoy a swim. We held our family reunion here. Looked at many many places but ultimately this house had something for everyone. From my 4 year old to their grandmother. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t go out much we were so comfortable. Whenever we needed anything Hamit went above and beyond the call of duty to help us figure it out. Even surprisingly us with bringing a couple items we had a hard time finding. Will definitely return. Thank you so much Hamit. You made our long awaited family reunion seamless and wonderful.
