Guest room in a single-family home in a rural area

We are renting out a guest room in our detached house. You will have access to the downstairs facilities: kitchen, spacious living room, toilet, utility room, sauna and shower room. We will be away during your stay, so you can enjoy your accommodation in peace. Our house is located in the countryside, but still close to services. The center of Ähtäri is about 6 kilometers away. The carport is at your disposal. At the end of the house (with its own entrance) is the office of our farm, which we may use during your stay.

The apartment is located along the 4 road and has easy and effortless access to the airport (6.7 km, 6 min), Tikkakoski garrison (15 km, 19 min) and Jyväskylä (26 km, 20 min). The cottage sits on the peaceful shores of Lake Kivijärvi with evening sun and a relaxing natural setting. The main cottage sleeps 8 with three bedrooms and a sofa bed, bathroom, utility room, kitchen, two toilets, and good storage. The sauna cabin sleeps 6. Comforts include a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, induction stove, Wi‑Fi, and municipal water. An EV charger is available. A rowing boat with a 6 hp motor is included, and a 150 hp boat can be rented with a separate agreement.

Vanhapaikka - Your own peace in the middle of the village

Distance to the nearest store 500m. Very good conditions for remote work and accommodation on a business trip. There are several hiking trails in Soini in the summer, e.g. Arpainen, Kokko-Valkeinen, Kaihiharju and Kuninkaanpolku. In winter, the property is located next to good cross-country ski trails and snowmobile trails. The distance to the illuminated ski trail is one kilometer and to the starting point of the snowmobile trail is 400 meters. Ski Vuorenmaa is a 10 km drive away.

Bright, spacious and cozy. Animal park and Panda House 800m away. Gas grill in the outdoor canopy. Close to a public beach and a wide range of activities. In the outdoor storage, for example, there are yard games and bicycles for the use of tenants. When you leave, you can clean yourself, or buy the final cleaning for €85. Linen and towels are not included in the rent, but are available for rent at €15/person, subject to availability (limited number of linen + towel sets in use)

Leporinne's 59 m2 two-bedroom apartment is located in the center of Saarijärvi on the shore of the lake. This apartment is a private apartment in the extension of a detached house, with its own entrance. The central location brings a pleasant ease to your work or vacation trip, as shops, schools, sports fields, playgrounds and other downtown services are just a short walk away. On the other hand, you may also enjoy the yard, as guests have access to the beach and the lush yard.
