Beautiful and compact cottage created by an architect in Soini, Ulvo village for guests. Here, time slows down and the mind rests. The living area is 30 m², the sauna's large IKI stove provides soft steam. A bed for four and a sofa bed, a lot of terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dry toilet is warm and odorless. Equipment includes a Cardinal grill, smokehouse, barrel, boat and games. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water are available. Surrounded by beautiful forest and good fishing waters in the Howler. Welcome to Ulvontähti!

How would it feel to live in a museum, but with a working kitchen? The house is my hundred-year-old birthplace. It has been desired to be preserved as authentic, so it has not been lined and the insulation of the attic is sawdust, which may fall to the floor in the wind. From the windows you can see animals in the pasture, cranes landing in the field and the wind humming in silence. Even a larger family or work group will enjoy this spacious and authentic place. The compost toilet and shower sauna are in the yard. The beach is 1 km away.

Visit the national park or cozy up on the lake and stay in an elegant vacation home in Kivijärvi, close to nature and transportation! After the sauna, you can enjoy the great scenery on the glazed porch and grill in the backyard's fire pit in an idyllic atmosphere. The open field landscape brings peace to everyday life, and a dip in the cool plunge pool after a sauna is wonderful in hot weather. Ask the host about using the boat. Linens and towels are not included, but we rent a set for ten euros.

Iso tontti rajoittuu Kyyjärven rantaan, jossa on oma rantasauna, soutuvene ja grilli ovat käytettävissä kesäisin. Matala ranta on lapsiystävällinen. Soutaen pääsee kiertämään kaunista Kyyjärveä ja nauttimaan kalastamisesta. Talvisin nautit tilavasta tontista, sisäsaunasta ja puulämmitteisestä takasta.

Kaksikerroksinen kesämökki missä yöpyy isompikin porukka tai useampi perhe. Sähköt on ja vesijohtovesi tulee pihan vesipisteeseen, josta puhdas käyttövesi sekä pesuvedet saunalle sekä mökkeihin kannetaan. Piha on nurmikkoa. Laiturilta on sujuva pulahtaa veteen, ranta on uintikelpoinen ja osittain hiekkapohjainen.

Villa Kotiniemi on ihana kohde rentoon mökkilomailuun, mutta myös aktiiviseen toimintaan niin halutessanne. Kesällä voitte lähteä järvelle soutuveneellä tai sup laudalla.. Kesällä myös Kivijärven kylässä on hienot ulkoilumahdollisuudet; täyspitkä frisbeegolf rata, upouusi minigolfrata ja kuntoportaat. Talvilomailuun hiihtoreitit lähtevät lähes pihasta, moottorikelkkareitit 20 m päästä, sekä lasten pulkkamäki, jossa naruhissi 700m päässä.
