Bright nature by the forest & metro!

Very good location with the Nacka Reserve just around the corner, a 3 minute walk to Kärrtorp city center, subway and a minute to Kärrtorps Idrottsplats. Nice 3rd at the top of the house. Wake up to birds chirping from the forest and enjoy the evening sun on the large balcony in the southwest! Kitchen with new appliances and seats 4-6 people Two equal bedrooms; one with a bunk bed and the other has luxurious and comfortable double bed (180 cm). Walking distance 15 minutes to the swimming lake Söderbysjön, golf course and Hellasgården.
